Das Personal an der Rezeption war super! Freundlich und hilfsbereit

Abbiamo dormito bene, fatto una buona colazione e la posizione e molto comoda. Anche se a pagamento, abbiamo trovato molto comodo usufruire del loro parcheggio, necessario prenotare.

Lovely clean hotel in a great location , very friendly staff and great choice for breakfast. Would love to have stayed

Very centrally located in the town and close to the bus/train station to Lyon etc. - walking distance to restaurants, shops, Lake Annecy etc. Great selection for breakfast. Lovely clean and spacious room and en-suite and a good size balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Petit-déjeuner catastrophique du dimanche
Pros:

L emplacement et le calme de l établissement.
Le petit-déjeuner du samedi était parfait (propre, bien garni, personnel accueillant)

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner du dimanche était catastrophique.
Plus de couverts, les denrées n étaient pas réapprovisionnées, les tables pas débarrassées et le personnel peu agréable. Un très mauvais point.
