Pros:

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel

L’accueil a été excellent, avec une équipe sympathique et attentionnée, de la réception jusqu’au service du petit-déjeuner.

Le petit-déjeuner est très bon et varié : croissants délicieux, jus d’orange frais préparé sur place et produits locaux de qualité.

On apprécie particulièrement les petites attentions à l’entrée, comme le thé, l’eau aromatisée et le café en libre service, très agréable surtout quand il fait froid.

L’hôtel n’est pas en plein centre-ville, mais il est très bien situé : environ 15 minutes suffisent pour rejoindre le centre.

Je recommande cet hôtel pour un séjour confortable et agréable.

Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Es war nicht weit von der Innenstadt, war gemütlich und alles sauber! Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war auch lecker.

Cons:

Der Lift ist ausgestiegen am Tag unserer Anreise. da ich im 8. Monat schwanger bin und unser Zimmer im 6. Stock war, war dies für mich zumindest sehr mühsahm. Mir ist aber bewusst, dass dafür niemand etwas dafür kann ;)

Pas d’ascenseur, le ménage de la chambre laisse à désirer. Les tasses laissées par terre n’ont pas été ramassées et nous avons dû demander des oreillers puisqu’il y en avait qu’une seule par lit. De plus, au bar aucune bière sous pression de disponible, pourtant la publicité était très attractive.

The hotel's entrance and lobby were under construction, which meant loud noises, walking around in dirt and construction workers who kept smoking inside the lobby (!). The breakfast was very basic, with shortage of plates, bread, eggs etc. There were maybe 1-2 people from the hotel that were running around trying to backfill everything, but they were all over the place and it took a lot of time to be able to get a clean plate. There wasn't any room to sit to have breakfast and overall it was very chaotic. The rooms themselves were basic and not particularly clean. Additionally, there's one elevator that was incredibly slow and consistently occupied so we ended up taking the stairs up and down, which wasn't fun considering we were on floor 5.

Great Hotel if you’ve been on the road all day and need a quiet sleep with comfy bed and a good breakfast , Great recept

It’s nicely situated just outside the center of Annecy the Hotel and rooms are clean equipped with everything you need with public parking area in front of the Hotel or they offer under ground parking , Hotel staff are very friendly, it seems to be a happy team, Breakfast has good choices with local quality products.
