Gute Lage, aktuell in Renovierung
Pros:

Leider wird das Hotel umfangreich renoviert. EG und 1. / 2. Stock eine einzige Baustelle. Das Hotel ist alt, die bereits renovierten Zimmer auf einfachste Weise ausgestattet. Leider beim Buchungsvorgang kein Hinweis auf die Baustelle. Das Frühstück war allerdings sehr gut und hat einiges „wieder gut gemacht“.

Ubicación buena y personal amable.
Nos dieron la habitación temprano.

Cons:

El hotel estaba en remodelación, generando mucho ruido y polvo. La habitación tenía polvo y no estaba muy limpia.

Dos funcionários, das comunicações hospedagem, das instalações, da localização, do café da manhã excepcional dos pãezinhos e das cápsulas de café cortesia no quarto.

Cons:

L'éclairage de la salle de bain par détecteur de mouvement s'éteint régulièrement durant la douche, se qui pourrait être dangereux pour une personne âgée.
Le ticket de parking qu'on m'a remis à la réception était illisible sur l'appareil, j'ai donc dû payer le parking pour 24h et je m'en serais bien passé .

Personnel accueillant merci a la réceptionniste de jour matin jusqu'à 15h30 sur les 2 jours elle était o top agreable nous a conseillé diriger vraiment merci et aussi la responsable petit déjeuner qui s'est démener le matin pour remplir le buffet apres les passages des clients visiblement affamés...je reviendrai sans aucun soucis .

Le lit malheureusement était un twin transformé en king on tomber au milieu et le surmatelas qui a bougé .. les oreillers étaient trop mou et pas assez en plus pour se surélever la tête dommage mais bon ca été quand même bien petit plus le balcon excellent

Week end oltre confine in alta savoia
Pros:

Buona la colazione. Silenziosa la struttura. Ubicata non distante dal centro.

Cons:

Non c'era nessuno che parlasse italiano. Non ho apprezzato, inoltre, il fatto che i lavori in corso per l'ammodernamento della struttura non siano segnalati in fase di prenotazione ma comunicati a prenotazione effettuata.😐

Das Personal ist wahnsinnig zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Hotel ist sauber und wird aktuell noch renoviert. Die Lage war sehr angenehm und alles fussläufig erreichbar.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind relativ spartanisch eingerichtet. Uns hat Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank gefehlt.
