The hotel is well located and well-managed.
Pros:

The room was clean, the bed form, the internet top notch quality. The breakfast as a free option was good and the meal options for dinner were very delicious.

Cons:

I though that the manager charged an unimaginably high price to have same-da laundry done. He wanted more than 100.00 USD for a bad of laundry. That was outrageous.

Pros:

Un personnel toujours disponible et à l'écoute, tous très avenant. L'emplacement est bien pour accéder au différents sites touristiques

Cons:

Chambres qui mériteraient un rafraîchissement. Un cafard le premier soir. Heureusement on nous as changé de chambre immédiatement. Je remercie d'ailleurs le réceptionniste pour sa bienveillance et sa réactivité.

La chambre 504 que j’occupais n’était pas accessible. Le passage était obstrué par un salon installé dans le couloir.
J’avais du mal à entrer et sortir de ma douche. Les mouvements de la porte sont limités par le lavabo.
Ma réservation en ligne n’était pas remise à la réception. J’ai dû montrer la lettre de confirmation qui était dans mon téléphone pour ma prise en charge. Le système de transfert de l’Aeroport à l’Hotel n’a pas marché pour moi. Pendant que je recherchais le chauffeur sur la vingtaine de pancarte, celui-ci m’attendait dans le parking entrain de m’appeler sur un téléphone fermer dans l’espoir que j’allais traverser la rue pour aller le rechercher entre la Pharmacie et le Kiosque Orange. Quel fiasco! J’ai dû prendre un taxi.

My Review On Hotel Nina
Pros:

The comfort and friendliness of the staff, they were very helpful in all ramification.

Cons:

The fact that they only give water in the hotel rooms just once upon arrival. No bath rope, No foot wears,

Normally for every night you spent in the hotel you should have the same treatment by having water or tea replaced because you're paying the same amount to renew your stay. But for them it's different. They only give you once. Even when you're staying for once week.


They management should review. Its the smallest thing that matters.

Lovely stay
