disappointed
Pros:

I like the beds comfortable.

Cons:

the room smells like smoke and bathrooms with jacuzzi wasn’t clean enough. I come and stay here often but was very disappointed about the room and i wasn’t comfortable at all because of the cigarette smell in the room.

Disrespectful and hidden fees

It was one of the worst customer service I've had in a very long time. As we are processing my room and payment he allowed somebody to walk right in front and without saying anything to this gentleman that cut in front as we were doing business. He stopped what he was doing with me and helped this guy and the guy after him as well. I could be a little more understanding if we were almost done, but we were right in the middle of what we were doing so I had to stand there and wait for these other people to get served ahead of me. Even though I was the only one in the office when we had initially started. It was absolutely horrible and honestly I think might have came down to racism sexism. I don't know. I felt totally disgusted with their service
Also when I booked online I was quoted a price that was half of what they were going to charge. I was appalled

Pros:

Está bien ubicado, camas cómodas y amplios espacios para estacionar.

Cons:

Que las habitaciones tienen bastante olor a cigarrillo y que todos los que se hospedan allí fuman casi que en tu puerta. Hasta la sábana estaba quemada con cigarro y lo que es la bañera y el lavamanos estaban un poco desgastados.
