Looks nothing like the photos, was dirty & had mould everywhere, avoid this property!
Pros:

Nothing, it was disgusting and looked nothing like advertised online

Cons:

The property looked nothing like how it did online, so I decided not to even stay there once seeing how disgusting the room was and paid for another hotel instead. There was mould everywhere, it was dirty and stank of cigarettes! It reminded me of a prison cell. There was no one at reception when I turned up during the day and I had to try to contact the property multiple times and wait ages before anyone even came! I tried to get my money back via booking.com and the property wouldn’t let me either even though I didn’t even stay there and it’s wasn’t as advertised. Avoid this property!!

Cons:

Far a way from city 7 km better spend money on better hotel then on taxis. No toilet paper, only 2 towels for 4 people. Staff is still using book log no use of computers. Check in process- staff unsure what to do did not know how to check in . Unable to pay by master card

It's business scheme or negligence
Pros:

Quite a remote place . Relatively quiet

Very local and rural . It's like a countryside as not Danang and not Hoi an

Cons:

It's staff negligence or business tactics . I drove down the road and arrived at the hotel . I was told " it's fully booked today " right after they asked my booking code . I strongly appealed and they gave me a room key which is downgraded . I showed them all the emails and app materials whereas they kept insisting " Booking.com system errors " . What should I have done ?
