Sehr zufrieden, vorallem Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer sauber und freundlich gestaltet. Matratzen bequem, gegen Aufpreis auch späterer checkout, Parkplatz im Hinterhof gegen Gebühr möglich. Frühstück sehr gut, sehr viel Auswahl und freundliche Bedienung. Wir sind sehr zufrieden.

Gut, aber es geht besser!
Pros:

Sehr ruhige und klimatisierte Zimmer, TOP!
Frühstück ok, aber mit Abstrichen.... viel Fertigware (Aufbackware Brot/Brötchen), Rührei aus dem Tetrapack und Saft aus dem Automatenspender (Sirup mit Wasser)

Cons:

Sauberkeit im Zimmer. Vor dem Bett lagen Brötchenkrümel und auch das Grundgestellt Bett hätte mal abgewischt werden können...

Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.
Pros:

Das Z immer war sehr geräumig.

Cons:

Das Frühstück hätte ein bisschen sein. Ich habe die Brötchen wie ich sie am liebsten mag, vermisst.

Zimmer, Ausstattung und Qualität des Bettes top. Frühstück exzellent. Das Team zuvorkommend.
Lage - man ist in 5min in der Innenstadt.

Cons:

Fast nichts. Alles ist genauso wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern.

Nur die Extrakosten für den üblichen checkin vor 14h fand ich recht überraschend. Das war mir tatsächlich noch nirgends begegnet,

Schöner Kurztrip nach Bochum
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind schon gestaltet und in einem sehr guten Zustand.
Die Lage des Hotels - direkt an einer Haltestelle und am Westpark gefällt uns sehr gut.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.


Wir haben an der Hotelbar ein WM-Spiel geschaut. Der Service war sehr gut.

Cons:

Kühlschranktemperatur konnte nicht angepasst werden.
