Wir waren schon in mehreren Hotels, die von der Familie Lobeck geführt werden - immer toll und nicht nullachtfünfzehn

Cons:

Da können Sie nichts dafür: der anstrengende Weg in den Ort ( eine Burg ist nunmal auf dem Berg - das weiß man vorher🤷‍♀️)

Der Aufenthalt im Schloss Eckberg war gut , aber teuer !

Die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich. Das Personal sehr freundlich .

Cons:

Das Frühstück
war gut , aber für 28€ sehr teuer . Wir hatten in Dresden noch bessere Frühstücke , welch preiswerter waren .

The hotel, the breakfast, the setting…all lovely.

Cons:

It was impossible to access 2 bikes during my stay. My son and i had a plan to bike one afternoon and next day, but for the entire time, there was only 1 bike available. Perhaps, given the beautiful location, the hotel could have their own bikes to use or rent. The outdoor tables appear to be exclusive to the restaurant. We wanted to sit outside and enjoy a drink before going in to the city for dinner and were told all the tables were reserved and that we could not sit anywhere outside.

Gibt bessere Sachen für den Preis.
Pros:

Das einzig Positive war das nette Personal und die gepflegte Anlage. Die Strassenbahnstation ist nur unweit entfernt, optimal für einen Kurztrip in die Stadt.

Cons:

Unser Aufenthalt war eher enttäuschend. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt für mich nicht. Die Zimmer befinden sich nicht direkt im Schloss, sondern im Kavaliershaus (Nebengebäude). Die Zimmerreinigung findet nicht täglich statt, was ja an sich okay ist. Jedoch habe ich noch nie soviel Spinnweben und so viel Staub in einem Zimmer vorgefunden, welches so teuer ist. Das Frühstück kostet 20,-CHF pro Person + zusätzlich Getränkepauschale... separat zu entrichten zwecks unterschiedlicher Besteuerung ?!

Die Lage des Hotels, der Ausblick von der Frühstücksterrasse, der Park, die Sauberkeit.

Cons:

Teilweise überfordertes Personal beim Frühstück, das Nachbefüllen am Buffet klemmte. Zimmer im Kavaliershaus zwar schön, aber durch die schmale Treppe zum Bett nichts für Menschen mit körperlichen Einschränkungen.
Vor der Rezeption sollten genügend Kurzparkplätze für ankommende Gäste vorhanden sein.
