Die Anlage ist klein, übersichtlich und sauber, wirkt nur manchmal ein wenig “unfertig”. Kann daran liegen, dass sie noch nicht so alt ist, das weiß ich nicht.
Im Pool waren wir nicht, der wirkte aber ganz nett.
Das Restaurant ist gut und gemütlich.

Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Bardzo klimatyczne miejsce, domki w oddaleniu od siebie zapewniają prywatność, bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Pyszna kuchnia - śniadania dla każdego.Bardzo miły personel uśmiechnięty i pomocny. Jedyne miejsce gdzie było stanowisko do czerpania wody w dowolnej ilości. Bardzo polecam to miejsce.

Bra läge och valuta gör pengarna. Trevlig personal, bra frukost.

A proper Thai resort. Ing and her team are the kindest and most helpful staff, and nothing is too much for them. It was Songkran (water festival) when we were there and they lent us water pistols, set water buckets up by the road and took us on the tuk tuk. They sorted a hire car, booked taxis, made recommendations of where to go. Hire a car/ moped... Go to Old Town, explore the other island over the bridge find the view point and Tae Lang Cafe. The accommodation is good, it's more basic but it's great value. Room has air con which was main thing for us. The pool is small but cools you down. The food in the restaurant was top notch, very tasty. Breakfast was great too. A nice quiet resort.

The property has a great location. Close to the beach or restaurants. Bungalow was clean.
I don't mind mosquitoes or ants... but having cockroaches in our room and see how one of them is running on our bed over our stuff was a bit too much. I wouldn't stay here again because I just didn't feel well there. Always looking into corners...

Breakfast, friendly staff, large, clean room and bathroom.

Niveau très moyen, lits pas confortables, chambres spartiates, les employés sont gentils mais le niveau de service n’est pas à la hauteur. Très long pour se faire servir le petit déjeuner et (jusqu’à 35mn d’attente alors qu’ils n’y avait presque personne)… je n’y retournerai pas…

The best food on koh Lanta

Our positive experience began before we arrived. The team organized transportation from the Krabi airport to their location. A driver was waiting at the exit with a sign… no stress travelling! We arrived early, they staff were very accommodating. As soon as the room was ready we were able to check in. Renting scooters from them was also an easy process. When asked if they could help us book a cab, the staff said they would be happy to assist for a small fee.
Would definitely recommend!

Great bungalows clean great breakfast.also evening menu was fantastic.the staff were great really friendly and helpful,the cleaners even plated my wife's hair for her.the owner was also a really nice approachable guy.they also supplied a flask for keeping the free cold water in 👌

Terrific kitchen, especially the Pad Thai, but also all curries were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful staff, who helped also reserve tours. Great place to start tours to Phi Phi islands and other destinations. It's a quiet and rather small resort; the rooms/cabins are spaced in a pretty garden with enough space for privacy for everyone. Pretty cabins with nice bathrooms. The restaurant area can serve also as a living room to enjoy the evenings. Many shops and restaurants are nearby on the main street. The beach is in walking distance with some trees for shadow.

Bungalow was spacious for one person and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was nice but would have been nice to have a Thai dish rather than just Western food.

Location was on, not a lot in the area, but it was a simple walk to the "busy" area of long beach. Bungalows are not on the beach but it is an easy 400m walk to the beach.

Great to have an option to refill your water!

We really liked this place. We stayed over Xmas and decided to extend for an extra night. Papillon is a small collection of simple but modern bungalows, ours had everything we needed for a 5 night stay. It's located towards the southern end of long beach, which is a 200-250 metre (easy) walk from the hotel. The staff were exceptional and made everything very easy. We would definitely recommend Papillon as an excellent value mid-range property.
