4 yıldızlı değil. Resepsiyon ilgili değildi. İçerde bekledik ilgi görmedik. Klima ısıtmadı aradık çok uzun sürdü ilgilenmeleri. Kahve yoktu odada var yazdığı halde. Kahvaltı güzel ama 4 yıldıza yakışmıyor. meyve suları çok kötü iyileşmeli

Very good value for money.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good. What was really impressing was the huge salle/chambre where we were offered breakfast which was spacious and offered nice views to the riverside.

Cons:

The misunderstanding with the staff ie although we booked breakfast the staff tried to convince us that we did not. I had to show the email that I received from booking. com in order to convince them that breakfast was included in the price that we have paid for the booking.
Additionally, in the internet site, the hotel management should make it clear whether it charges an extra cost for the parking or not.

A perfect stay.
Pros:

This hotel is perfect.
Great location, 20 min walking from city center.
Beautiful walk by the river.
The bed is super comfy.
Everything was so clean.
The breakfast is great.
The staff are gentle and helpful.
I loved the spa.

Otoparkı yok yol boyunca kaldırım kenarı paralı otopark. Vale de aynı ücret ile park ediyor.

Pros:

The hotel was perfect. The location was also great. My room was too clean. I suggest that hotel to everyone who visits to Skopje. The staffs were really kind and respectful. I’m glad to bought with breakfast. There is no way to cannot find something to eat with that breakfast. I also had a dinner at the restaurant and i really enjoyed it. Thanks for all of them.

Tesiste gürkan bey fazlasıyla ilgilendi bizimle oda konusunda çok yardımcı oldu çok memnun kaldık. Odalar temizdi biraz erken gitmemize rağmen yardımcı oldular odamızın manzarası gayet güzeldi tekrar gitsek yine orada kalırız gürkan Bey’e teşekkürler

Pros:

Може би това е най-добрият хотел в Македония. Много съм доволен от обслужването, винаги отношението е коректно, закуската е невероятна, стаите са чисти и просторни. Хотелът е реновиран по отношение на стаите. Персоналът е много любезен и отзивчив. Препоръчвам.

Имат невероятно спа, добре оборудван фитнес, разбира се стаите са комфортни и леглата също. Хотелът се намира в центъра, на 10 минути пеша от площада. Любимият ми хотел в Македония.
