Pros:

Може би това е най-добрият хотел в Македония. Много съм доволен от обслужването, винаги отношението е коректно, закуската е невероятна, стаите са чисти и просторни. Хотелът е реновиран по отношение на стаите. Персоналът е много любезен и отзивчив. Препоръчвам.

Имат невероятно спа, добре оборудван фитнес, разбира се стаите са комфортни и леглата също. Хотелът се намира в центъра, на 10 минути пеша от площада. Любимият ми хотел в Македония.

Great vacation in the heart of Balkans
Pros:

The room has exceed my expectations. The location of the hotel was great, next to the national stadium and the park and at only a few minutes from the center. The staff was kind and friendly. The restaurant had very good food. The breakfast was delicious too.

Taxi's regelde het hotel voor je.

Cons:

A/C did not work. Shower scalded whenever a toilet was flushed. No coffee in room. Minimal housekeeping. Insufficient drinking water furnished. Staff were rude and ignorant.

Definitely a hotel I will use again when I come back.
Pros:

My stay was great. Staff were very helpful. Food at breakfast was fabulous. Fresh squeezed OJ is available at a nominal cost. Custom omelet are also available for a nominal cost.I had dinner at the restaurant twice and the food was very good there too. Portions are very generous. The location was perfect. Close to the center square. The room was nice and spacious.
