Pros:

Memorable. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality.
Pros:

The staff was amazing. they were all so nice and very accommodating. In the future should we need a hotel downtown GR we will definitely book Hyatt again. We came to celebrate my wife's birthday for the MGK concert. The staff upgraded up to a corner room on the 11th floor. It made the experience that much more incredible.

Cons:

Nothing. Amazing all around!

Great location. Great staff. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic - lots of options so there was something for everyone in our group.

Cons:

The airflow in the room odd and the bathroom stayed warm. Events outside were a little noisy in the evening but that's really to be expected in the city during the summer, but that is a location thing and not a hotel issue.

We wanted a room close to the concert venue. Comfy, clean, quiet room.
Pros:

The room was spacious, comfortable, quiet and clean. We did enjoy a hot breakfast in the morning. Coffee was ready for us when we got there. We were close to Van Andel Arena for the concert. It was a treat for us to stay downtown.

Cons:

Parking was costly but super convenient.

Great stay overall , nice and clean
Pros:

I liked that there was a bar/ restaurant . I liked that you had a small case with salads and other snack items and drinks . I liked that you had to have your key to enter or exit or use elevator , without it there was not any entrance . Staff was friendly and I liked the noon checkout and breakfast was great and was included in price

Pros:

What a great stay in downtown Grand Rapids. We really enjoyed this luxury hotel, including the pool! So rare in the city. Parking was super convenient and spelled out in detail on the website. Worry free with no stress, as was the check in. They thanked me for my Hyatt status and were able to provide a few benefits, which I greatly appreciated! Breakfast was hot and refilled quickly and the location was walking distance to everything. Extra thanks to Stephanie, for her fantastic help in making our stay feel special and luxurious! Also, Kaylynn, for the kind of personal welcome we haven't experienced in years. Additionally, Morgan, who cared for our room. It was impeccably clean.

Great Experience! Will stay again, though next time I'll be using a rideshare or walking to get around.
Pros:

Almost everything here was great! The breakfast was hot and delicious! The housekeeping did an exceptional job of keeping the suite clean and the towels stocked. The hotel had everything I needed and the staff was very helpful. The only downside to staying here is the daily parking fee. Being downtown, some parking charge is understandable, but $38/night seemed pretty steep to me.
