Pros:

Das Hotel hat ein sehr schöne Lage. Der Pool ist gerade im Sommer besonders erfrischend. Wir konnten unsere Räder sicher abstellen.

Cons:

Die Rezeption hat tagsüber nur bestimmte Zeiten in denen sie besetzt ist. Das war nicht hilfreich.

Bardzo dobre wspomnienia z pobytu.
Pros:

Duży, czysty pokój, pyszne śniadanie oraz basen na zewnątrz. To wszystko wpłynęło na to, ze czułam się w hotelu bardzo komfortowo. Dodatkowo profesjonalna obsługa.

Nettes Hotel in toller Lage, das Potenzial nach oben hat (Restaurant, Service)
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich toll. In Laufdistanz zur Seilbahn, nah an der Strasse (trotzdem ohne Lärm) um Ausflüge zu machen, und mit Blick auf die Berge und das Vinschgau. Vom Balkon aus konnten wir den Pool und den Campingplatz sehen, und die Ruhe der Camper färbt auf einen ab :-) Das Familienzimmer war sehr geräumig und hat allen Kindern gefallen. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Bei offenem Fenster hört man die Etsch rauschen was sehr beruhigend ist. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und umfangreich.

Cons:

Den Gesamteindruck getrübt hat leider das Restaurant und das Personal im Restaurant. Wir waren am Samstag Abend dort essen und das Personal war gestresst, überfordert und unprofessionell. Wir kamen mit 3 Kindern, wurden aber 10 Minuten ignoriert. Das Paar welches nach uns ankam am Nebentisch hatten den Nachtisch noch bevor die Kinder - nach 30-40 Minuten Wartezeit - ihr Schnitzel hatten. Speisekarte musste ich mir selber holen. Am nächsten Tag haben wir uns das Essen aufs Zimmer liefern lassen und die Portion Schnitzel war nur noch halb so gross wie am Tag vorher. Um 200mL Milch für den Kleinsten zu bekommen musste man regelrecht betteln. Ich empfehle dem Hotel wirklich hier mehr in Ihren Service und die Freundlichkeit Ihrer Mitarbeiter zu investieren. Beim Frühstück war dies wesentlich besser.
Ausserdem sprach kaum jemand Italienisch, was für meine Frau (Italienerin) etwas unangenehm war.

Schönes Hotel in einer schönen Landschaft.
Pros:

Wir hatten ein sehr großes, schönes Zimmer. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und die Pizza am Abend war super !

Cons:

Es war etwas laut, was uns aber nicht gestört hat.

Goed hotel voor een doorreis
Pros:

Mooi zwembad, lag direct langs onze route voor naar Oostenrijk. Alles ook aanwezig in het hotel om te ontbijten/lunch en diner

Cons:

Buitenzwembad was best koud en onze kamer lag aan de straatkant, omdat dit een drukke route is hadden we wel last van het verkeer

Schönes Hotel mit kleinen Einschränkungen

Saubere Unterkunft, sehr freundliches Personal, gute Lage. Das Frühstücksbüffet hat alles, was das Herz begehrt und auch das Restaurant bietet eine sehr gute lokale Küche zu vernünftigen Preisen. Tiefgarage ist kostenlos verfügbar

Cons:

Leider war der Pool ziemlich überfüllt, Liegen waren im Handumdrehen belegt und nicht ausreichend verfügbar, was daran lag, dass der Campingplatz zum Hotel gehört und der Pool von den Campinggästen mitgenutzt wird. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist am Pool am falschen Platz

Pros:

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und top. Auch das Restaurant hatte schöne Gerichte auf der Karte. Und das Personal und die Hotelbesitzer waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Die Terasse für Hotelgäste war leider nicht gut besucht und wäre auch schöner gewesen Richtung Campingplatz. Und die Außensitzmöglichkeiten im Restaurant waren zur Straße hin und weniger gemütlich.
