Tras lo ocurrido, contacté con Booking, que revisó el caso, comprendió mi reclamación y me concedió un reembolso parcial del 55% de lo pagado. Su servicio de atención al cliente también me animó a compartir honestamente mi experiencia mediante esta reseña.

Cons:

La responsable me confirmó personalmente que aceptaría la cancelación sin cargo. Confiando en su palabra, mantuve mi vuelo de vuelta; sin embargo, 12 horas después rechazaron la solicitud por escrito. Entiendo las condiciones de la reserva, pero no que primero se me asegure una cosa y después se haga la contraria. Han perdido a un cliente que ya conocía el alojamiento y pensaba volver con su familia.

Para el precio que no era de albergue común, tengo que comentar:
La habitación era para 6 personas y acabaron durmiendo 8. De los cuales casi todos roncaban durísimo. Entiendo que el camino acoge al que necesita, pero nosotras reservamos y pagamos con mucha antelación precisamente para evitar eso y lo que me gustó de allí era que solo dormiríamos 6 personas.

El baño parecía muy limpio pero olía muy mal. No había con que quitar el olor
El menú costoso 18€. Tardaron bastante para servir, poca variedad y las cantidades mínimas. Quedamos con hambre.
La comida no era sabrosa, parecía de comedor estudiantil.

Pros:

Charming rooms in the Asturian countryside. Great traditional farm house with all modern amenities and in the middle of a peaceful rural hamlet. I would totally come back. Staff so attentive and charming. Really nice vibe and zero stress.
