The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. Good car park and green area to walk with the dog.
Overall, the stay was pleasant
but some furniture in the room appeared damaged.The armchair , in particular, seemed broken and could not be properly used.
The location was fabulous, but when we arrived at 3.30pm after a very cold and wet trip on our motorbike, there was no hot water for a shower or wash we were told it was being fixed . We were not kept informed as to what was happening and then at 7pm we were told that there would be no hot water until 10am the following day , as we were only staying 1 night , we asked for a refund and booked somewhere else to stay in another town

El hotel parecía limpio.
En principio la habitación que nos asignaron no tenía nada que ver con la que reservamos por booking. Los olores del hotel a cocina llegaban hasta la habitación, el aire caliente de la habitación no funcionaba y hacía frío, la puerta de la ducha estaba rota ( solo tenía una hoja)…. Relación calidad precio, caro!

Todo perfecto. Las habitaciones no son modernas, pero están súper limpias y la cama es cómoda. El baño muy bien también.

Llegué y me dicen que no tienen habitación, cuando yo ya la tenía confirmada por Booking.
Me dieron una triple por qué no estaba disponible la que yo había reservado.

llame por teléfono para cancelar una habitación de 3 camas y solo quedarme con la reserva de la habitación de 2 camas, al llegar me dice la recepción que no me la cancelaron y me cobraría todo. Solo la aboné en mano la habitación de 2 camas que me alojé. No me dio factura de ningún tipo. Y me dijo que me cobrarían todo otra vez porque no pudieron cancelar y que pondrían que me ausente. Estoy totalmente indignado con este hotel y la forma de engañar que tienen, no dan factura ni nada por escrito, me siento estafado totalmente y encima ebooking me quiere cobrar todo, porque la señora nose entera de nada ni hace bien su trabajo y dice que no me presente. Totalmente decepcionado con la plataforma de reserva
