Rude as hell! I made a simple mistake and they ran with it.
Cons:

The staff was the worst if your half way decent looking the front desk lady treats you like crap. You have to. be Iranian or ugly or a man then your good . I’m speaking of the front desk manager

I would stay again and actually stayed there march 10 -12 .

hotel muy sucio, alfombras manchadas , olor desagradable,, toallas muy viejas, sabanas viejas, el baño con cabellos en la tina y muy manchada , alfombra dentro de la habitacion y sillon muy sucio, no lo recomiendo

Pros:

The Lobby is very nice but I think they could use more cleaning staff for the rest of the hotel.

Cons:

Trash overflowing, dirty carpets in the hallways, overpowering odor chemicals present throughout. Our balcony was very dirty and the sliding door was broken.

The stay was great.
Pros:

Great location. Comfortable bedding. and very clean

Cons:

there was only one staff member checking in guests. there was a long line and took a bit longer then i expected. the gentlemen who helped was very kind and funny.

The bed was very comfortable

The entire hotel needs cleaning ! Carpets are very old and garbage accumulates near side and rear entrances.
