1 elevator is not working, the staff is not friendly. We requested the room that we love. She asked my Photo ID and check the previous stays . Told me she can’t find the previous stays with that hotel. What is the point of asking my previous stays and my requested room that we love?

Cons:

I resent that they expected me to pay an extra $16/day for a microwave and an extra $10/day for parking.

Overall, the lack of transparency and poor communication negatively impacted our stay.

The room was clean.

Cons:

We did not have a good experience during our stay. The pool was not functional, and we were informed at the reception that we couldn’t use it. Instead, they offered the option to use a pool at another branch located 19 minutes away, which was highly inconvenient. This information should have been communicated to us in advance, as the pool was one of the reasons we chose this hotel.
Additionally, we were charged for parking even though it was on-site. This was unexpected and not clearly mentioned during the booking process.
Overall, the lack of transparency and poor communication negatively impacted our stay.

The cleaning service was only provided every 7 days.
The breakfast includes peeled eggs/seeded or plain bagels/muffins/waffles/yogurt/fruit (choose 3 out of all) and coffee or tea. Acceptable, do not go with high expectations.
