Place smelt like cats when entered, could've been desanatized better

Angekommen im Zimmer, das ziemlich schmuddelig war dröhnte eine Party mit lauter Musik aus dem Nebenzimmer. Das Badezimmer hätten wir am liebsten nur mit Schuhen betreten und ich ekel mich noch immer, den schmutzigen Duschvorhang berührt zu haben.

Am ersten Morgen wollten wir frühstücken. Gebucht haben wir für 4 Personen, aber nur 2 durften frühstücken. Bzw: durften wählen zwischen einem eingeschweißten Kuchen, einem Joghurt und einer winzig kleinen verschweißten Industrie-Obstschale. Selbstverständlich haben wir abgelehnt, um niemandem in unserer Familie etwas vorzuessen, aber auch, weil das Frühstück einfach nur ein Witz war.

In der zweiten Nacht dann wieder super laute Zimmernachbarn.

Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut und die Luft trotzdem schwül.

Der gesamte Flur wurde gefühlt vor einem halben Jahr das letzten Mal gesaugt.

room was disgusting, toilet seat was not clean when we arrived, cat hair and flies everywhere in our room, shower tub was stained and nasty.

I was staying there due to my daughter playing in the Junior Olympics this past weekend and last minute decided to book a room 2 miles from the venue. A. Few hours later they changed the game location to a far venue. I called to see if I could cancel without a fee and they refused. I let them know my situation and did not care. So I ended up staying there so I wouldn’t lose my money and had to drive an extra 45min to the new venue. My daughter plays waterpolo and was extremely exhausted and couldn’t find any relief in a bumpy 45min car ride.

Also, took them over 2 hours to bring me a bed changing, I also mentioned that the toilet was leaking from the base and the bathroom was flooded. They cleaned it up and left it. It continued to leak the entire duration of our stay.

All and all I didn’t enjoy my stay. I won’t be back.

- never got the shower towels we asked for
- dogs in the room next door were so loud they kept us up and we called and asked if they could send someone to speak to them, never happened.
- hallways were extremely unclean.
- room had a musky weird smell
- balcony was not even usable
- only item that we received was an extra set of bed items for the pull out but it took over an hour and 45 minutes to ask for someone for help and it may or may not arrive.
- coffee bar and breakfast wasn’t open when they said it would be. Never got any food even during its open times
- staff was nice but barely anyone there to run the place

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The sofa bed had a large rip, and when we pulled it out for my son to sleep on, we found mold underneath the sofa bed mattress. There was also some type of detergent or powder spilled beneath the mattress, and the mattress itself had stains. Additionally, there was rust on the bathtub floor. I took photos and showed them to the front desk. The employee was helpful and offered us a few different room options, so we had to switch rooms.

The room we switched to also had stains on the sofa and bed mattress, and it was not cleaned properly. We even found pumpkin seeds underneath the mattress and sofa.

Overall, the hotel felt dirty. The carpets throughout the hallways looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed, and housekeeping was clearly lacking. While I appreciate the front desk staff trying to make things right, the cleanliness of the hotel was unacceptable, and I would not stay here again.

I wish they had pet floors and non pet floors. There was a strong urine odor in the first room we were put in

The coffee maker stopped working and they never told us it had been repaired. My husband can't move without coffee.. We were offered free coffee if we came down for it..

The decor was nice but the carpets were dirty and the dehumidifier had a constant noise. You couldn't hear it in the bed area tho... So that was helpful. But at the sink, bathroom and coffee area it was constantly noisy which was a little stressful

The balcony for the room had a bad smell like a dirty bathroom so we could leave it open or spend time out there. Disappointing since we selected and paid for the balcony room.

The pool area was just okay since there were a lot of bugs in the pool. The seating area with the loungers had bird poop and didn't look to have been washed down so we couldn't sit there.

Carpets in hallways are very dirty.
