There banging on the floor constantly all night running the chair back and forth they told me this person was paralyzed crippled but that person was not I'd like to have a total refund because I'm doing Ramadan and to me it was a disrespect to my Islamic faith I told them I wanted a room with nobody above me but they gave me some room with somebody but above me then when I first went to check in I ran into room with a tub in the shower they gave me a room with just a shower I had to change rooms so I'd like a total refund of my money from them ASAP I would never go back there

Bathroom was so dirty in bed is very dirty I don’t like that hotel honestly, we don’t spend the night over there. Because we leave we don’t spend the night over there. We pay for nothing.

I was charged $40 cash because my Son helped carry our stuff inside the hotel as I had knee surgery recently. They thought he was staying too. And my reservation had only myself and gson (age 13) on there. I paid it cause the girl said I'd forfeit my deposit($100) if my son stayed with us. But I paid it incase he had to stay with us, but he didn't he was able to stay with family. So because he never entered the hotel again, I asked for my $40 back at checkout and the lady refused. She said if i asked the next day of our stay she would've refunded me!! I am very angry abt that. I wont be staying there ever again. Plenty of nicer places to stay in the area.

There were some odors in the main floor and elevator.

Our socks were visibly dirty after walking on the floor and there were a couple of unknown stains on the linens. Overall the room was clean and a great value for the price.
Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Not only was it very limited on options, they were often out of items offered. For example they offered bread, six slices on a tray... They provided a toaster, but mostly did not have butter or cream cheese (the only options for toppings). Extremely disappointing, even at this price point.

Attention to details for cleaning. Nothing major just little things like willing behind the faucet better. Getting baseboards and corners cleaner. Overall it was acceptable.

Free breakfast. Coffee, juice, bread, frozen/toaster waffles. Most limited I've had. Bring your own.

Floor in the room needed to be swept. No face towels or hand towels in the bathroom. Light switch fixtures were dirty. Never did get the TV to work 🙄Walls were thin. The person above us keep walking hard back and forth over our head at 6am, woke us up. Then at 8:30am, loud lengthy conversations outside our door. Sleep disturbed again. This is the first hotel that we have ever been where the rooms were cheap for a Sunday but you had to pay $100 in cash for the deposit. They didn't accept debit/credit cards for that. They gave it back to me the next morning upon departure, but just made me go hmm???
