Pros:

The hotel is located close to main roads, but quiet. The breakfast was excellent and the yard and the pool area provide excellent space to relax and enjoy the sun.

El personal muy amable sobre todo en la cafetería. El chico de mantenimiento un cielo también. No cogimos desayuno por el precio excesivo, pero en la cafetería dan un desayuno muy rico a buen precio. Camas cómodas y habitación muy grande . Todo muy limpio

Cons:

El único "pero" es que el baño necesita una actualización, estando en zona playa, la sal y la cal no ayudan.

Mój pobyt trwał 7 dni dosyć uciążliwe były dojazdy autobusami do wszystkich miejsc.

Lokalizacja dobra dla posiadaczy samochodu, wprawdzie przystanek autobusowy był obok hotelu ale do plaży trzeba było dojechać do centrum też był kawałek drogi. śniadania były bardzo dobre ,pokój duży i wygodne łóżka,jak brakowało czajnika mozna było pozyczyć z baru, pokoje były dziennie sprzątane,

Las vistas a la piscina eran buenas y entretenidas, además de estar bien localizado con centros comerciales y supermercados a 10 min andando.

Cons:

Los precios del desayuno y la comida eran elevados a mi parecer. Y aunque la relación precio-calidad de la habitación es correcta, hubiese estado bien que contase con microondas ya que no hay cocina.

Salida decepcionante

La llegada al hacer el check-in fue muy buena gracias a la atención de la recepcionista del turno de tarde y su amabilidad y simpatía. Me gustó mucho lo limpia que estaba la habitación y el baño, las camas muy cómodas y el espacio de la habitación perfecto. La camarera que nos atendió por la tarde muy muy agradable y la cena rápida y muy buena y precio aceptable. Muy silencioso y tranquilo. Al parecer todo bien…

Me fui muy decepcionada por el trato a la salida del hotel… ya que recogimos para irnos y al salir del hotel estando en la puerta fuera del hotel decidimos volver a reservar otro día más y al entrar y hacer la reserva la recepcionista nos quiso dar la misma habitación y al responderlo que no que yo quería una habitación limpia ya que estaba pagando más resevandosela a ella directamente que haciéndolo por booking otra vez y su respuesta muy maleducadamente fue que bueno que si la quería limpia me tenía que esperar a las 15h de la tarde y eran la 13h y que sino lo hiciera por booking pero que alomejor no llegaba la reserva…. le digo que si hay otra habitación y me dice que de esa categoría no.. y le digo que si de otra categoría y no me responde… y seguido salió el gerente o el encargado y me dijo que eso era lo que había que era alargar la estancia y era así… que sino que entrara y vendrían a limpiarme la y a darle un repaso y ya está… y no me parecía corrrecto porque yo voy a pagar una habitación nueva un nuevo registro y sino quiero esa habitación y quiero cambiarme y hay disponibilidad porque lo mire no me den la opción y encima me hablen mal y mal educadamente y encima que cuando suba a la habitación vengan a limpiarme la y yo salir de ella a esperar…pues no… bajo mi puntuación por el trato y la educación de los empleados del turno de mañana. Yo trabajo cara al público 20 años y ese trato es inaceptable. Por supuesto reserve en otro sitio y me fui. Qué lástima acabar mi estancia así.
