Delightful short stay
Pros:

The location of this hotel was excellent. I enjoyed looking over the balcony viewing the flourishing activity of the Rambas. The staff members were especially nice, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They had fresh filtered water always available which was refreshing. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel had been a former monastery which was reflected by its stunning lobby.

Cons:

The air conditioning didn't work well. The staff asked if we wanted a room change. We settled for a large stand up fan. There was practically no counter space for personal accessories. The bathroom had 2 small hooks, but it lacked a towel rack. Water leaked onto the floor when showering.

We were there for one night. Would have been difficult with no English TV.
Pros:

Staff was very helpful.

Cons:

No tissue in room. TV was Spanish only. Noise from train. Location was okay but a problem getting anywhere due to construction in street. No mat in shower made for slippery footing.

Aangenaam hotel met propere en moderne kamers en uitstekende service.
Pros:

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk! Ze staan steeds voor je klaar om te helpen. Ook bij het ontbijt was er steeds vriendelijk personeel aanwezig om tijdig nij te vullen. Het ontbijt zelf was uitstekend, er was meer dan keuze genoeg en ook genoeg variatie.

Cons:

We hadden nogal last van nachtlawaai, dankzij de drukke buurt. Dit ligt niet per se aan het hotel zelf natuurlijk, maar eerder aan de plaats. We verbleven op het eerste verdiep, misschien bij de hogere verdiepen dat men er minder last van had. Al bij al viel dit best mee maar als we een negatief punt moeten geven dan is het het nachtlawaai. Ook misten we een bar van het hotel zelf.

wunderschönes Hotel, perfekte Lage. Schöne, saubere Zimmer und gute Betten mit guter Klimaanlage.
