Terrible overpriced hotel room
Pros:

I rarely leave negative reviews, but it is warranted. I have stayed at this hotel years ago and it was nice. But very disappointing. It must stay on Saturday night May 9,2026. The room was just in general rundown. I will attach a couple of pictures as an example. There were drunk people in the hallway making lots of noise. There were two beds as advertised, but they were just barely bigger than a twin bed. Breakfast Sunday morning wasn’t a lot better. They were understaffed and could not keep food adequately placed for the hotel guests. Counting tax this was $298 room. Definitely not the typical embassy suite brand, usually they are top notch.

POOR BRAND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL NOT HELP
Pros:

Nothing, Nothing at all. The hotel couldn't find my reservation even though I had the confirmation number, email, and the app. I had to go from a 2-bedroom suite to a one-bedroom hole-in-the-wall with a kids and a wife. I called your customer service, no big help. I rented a room that I shouldn't have since I had a reservation. I had to argue that the refund needed to be handled immediately because I dont trust your brand. The most unhelpful email that was sent to me by your company was that here is some selections to pick from for a hotel, well amazing after a long drive with a family I want to sit down and where that would be I dont know maybe back in the car to see if there is any place to stay and you guys can cover up to $45 over the hotel cost.I never cursed in a review before, and your company definitely would qualify. Don't trust them, better pick someone else.

The worst of the worst, book somewhere else
Pros:

The worst hotel experience I’ve had in at least the last 10 years. I made it less than a minute in the first room they gave us, took pictures because it was so bad, and walked back to the front desk to ask for a new room. They didn’t have our specific room type, which was fine, because I would rather share beds than stay in the first room. There was wadded up wet toilet paper on the toilet sink when I lifted the lid, hair on the top of the toilet and the ground under the toilet, the carpet was filthy, the desk was stained and warped, desk chair absolutely filthy, carpet pulling apart. I wish I could say it was so much better with our new room. The temp never got below 71 degrees, the toilet paper holder was just completely missing, this giant board under the tv fell on my 2 year olds back when she walked by it, no sheets or pillows for the pull out couch so had to wait an hour for that….then the “amenities” were seriously lacking. The pool and pool area were tiny and so crowded (it was wild), absolutely no breakfast left when we went to breakfast, not a single plate or fork could be found anywhere, no restocking empty items and there was an hour of breakfast left. We were able to get an omelet made and it was good, the guy working was nice. There was a male bartender working the evening we arrived and he was very nice as well. Those are actually the only good thing I have to say about this place. I messaged in the Hilton app and the text messaging system the send out when you check in. I got no responses ever, I don’t receive my “welcome” benefit for being a gold member even though I asked about it. It’s super disappointing that this is a Hilton property and it’s managed this way

Pros:

The location & the bar..

Cons:

Rooms not very clean.. sticky stuff on the table, the mirror in the bathroom was half way cleaned, the shelves where they put the towel were so dusty… Then went to check out the pool and it was completely over crowded, way past maximum capacity… and not to mention our friends on the floor below us had roaches in their room so bad they ended up giving them a different room but, acted rude so they just went home… Will not ever stay there ever again….!!!!!

Wonderful
Pros:

Awesome breakfast. We drove 300 miles and we're exhausted but a man named Christopher greeted us and was really helpful. I was so tired I couldn't even swipe the card right after numerous traffic jams. Having help like he gave was a huge blessing. Good staff

Breakfast area understaffed
Pros:

Rooms are adequate and location is fantastic.

My biggest complaint is poor signage for the parking garage and for the garage elevator.

It’s not clear when you enter the garage you should park on level G4 for easy access to the hotel.

If you park on any other level you’ll have to deal with stairs.

The breakfast was delicious. Loved the fresh made to order omelettes but the breakfast area was not staffed well.

The limited number of employees couldn’t keep up with stocking the food and plates.

They ran out of clean plates, utensils, milk, fruit, juice and coffee an hour before the complimentary breakfast closed.

Complaints to the front desk were only moderately acknowledged by saying they would notify someone.

It was apparent there was no manager watching the breakfast area.

Seemed like 2 employees were doing all the work and it was too much for them to handle.

Pros:

There was an issue checking in but the front desk was incredibly helpful getting it sorted out.

Cons:

The air conditioning did not work in my room and it was in the mid-80's outside every day. My room was extremely hot every evening and I had difficulty cooling off enough to fall asleep. Additionally, the shower head was broken (it was missing the wand piece) so everytime I turned on the shower, water would shoot out of pipe where the missing attachment should have been. Lastly, there were a lot of bugs in my room specifically ladybugs. I was constantly finding them crawling on the drapes, in the bathroom, and on my clothes.
