Our stay at New Taksim Hotel was excellent. The hotel is perfectly located, making it very convenient to explore Istanbul. The rooms are large, well-designed, and offer modern amenities for a comfortable experience. The service was outstanding — we were even able to check in earlier than our scheduled time, which was greatly appreciated.

The only area for improvement would be breakfast. Since the property already has a restaurant space, it would be a great addition to include a complimentary breakfast option, even if the daily rates were adjusted slightly. This would elevate the overall guest experience even further.

Highly recommended for anyone visiting Istanbul!

Sishane metro duraginin kasimpasa cikisinda olmasi cok guzel ulasimi rahat. Otelde cocuklarimla kaldim cok memnun kaldim.
Havaalani transferimi de otelin taksisi ile yaptim.o da tam zamaninda geldi ve bizi havaalanina ulastirdi.Klimasi yataklari banyosu gayet iyiydi. Eger gurultu ile sorununuz varsa o biraz caninizi sikabilir cunku taksim gibi bir eglence semtinin yani basinda dolayisiyla yuksek ses oluyor.ama bu o ortamin guzelligi denebilir. Close to Shishane metro station, maybe 8 minute walk uphill. Lots of cats near by. We used to buy cat food from nearby kiosk and feed cats every day. Other people did it too, which is nice, because there are tons of them. Hotel was nice, staff friendly and polite. If you are planning to use metro or public transportation in Istanbul, you should ask if front desk has Istanbul cards to loan. You save initial card cost this way. You can top them up at metro stations. They had two cards when we visited and we left one more there.
Rooms were ok, bed was a bit too hard for our taste. Would have been nice to have better blankets. Ask for extras if you need more. We got free water bottles in room. There is also a small fridge. Water pressure was good, hot and cold water. Rooms are not well soundproofed. You hear people through the walls. Also would be nice if they had breakfast option.

This was a good experience for my friend and I, especially for the price. The hotel staff was always very nice and helpful. They were great. The location is wonderful. If you take the underground walkway at the top of the hill you can get past the highways safely and quickly and end up in a beautiful area. In general the area felt very safe and the hotel itself is located next to a police station. The only reason that we’re not giving it a five was due to cleanliness in the room. When we arrived the floors were dirty, especially around table legs, parts of the shower, and under the bed/desk. It was noticeable but not enough to leave or make a big deal about it.
If you’re looking for a safe place, with great service and happen to be on a bit of a budget, this place is fantastic.

New Taksim Hotel has a great location, very convenient for accessing the lively Taksim area. It’s close to both metro and bus stations, making it easy to get around the city. There are plenty of local restaurants nearby offering delicious food.

Like many other guests have mentioned, there is some noise from the nearby school, but it's manageable. On a positive note, the hotel building withstood a 6.2 magnitude earthquake, which speaks well of its construction quality.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant. Overall, a good choice if you're looking for a central location and easy access to transportation.

Yeri konumu çok güzel karakolun yanında olduğu için çok güvenli heryere yürüme mesafesinde tüm Z ve güler yüzlü personel tavsiye ederim

Konum olarak bizi çok rahatlattı. Yürüme mesafesinde iskele, biraz ötede servis ve metro hattı, birazcık yürüdükten sonra istiklal caddesi ve galata kulesindesiniz. Kaldığımız oda düzenli olarak temizlendi, çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü

Staff is very helpful only disadvantage as they don’t allow your friends in room . As I was travelling from Canada and wanted to see my friends which they didn’t allow to go to room after one . Very disappointing , not sure if I can stay for that .

Tutto stupendo, io e le mie amiche ci siamo sentite a casa.
La nostra stanza era sempre super pulita, i ragazzi disponibili e l’hotel incantevole, nel nostro viaggio ad Istanbul il soggiorno in questo hotel ha fatto la sua grande parte, se dovessimo mai tornare sicuramente ritorneremo lì. Grazie ragazzi, un saluto al micino Mino!

Tolle Unterkunft. Das Hotel befindet sich direkt neben einer Polizeiwache. Man fühlt sich sehr sicher. Zu Fuß ist man innerhalb 15 Minuten am Galataturm.
Das Person ist sehr freundlich

Room was so small and AC is in one room and even not working we requested more then five time and its still not fixed so poor customer services poor management I’m not recommending to anyone to take this hotel for city center in Istanbul Turkey

Staff were amazing, very helpful and made arrangements for us to freshen up after we checked out as we had a late flight. Affordable and confortable accomadation , close to public transport for people visiting Istanbul.
