Die Lage war sehr gut, das Personal war sehr freundlich, es war sauber und das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Das Gebäude bietet keinen ausreichenden Schallschutz und das macht leider die Nacht zum Tag. Wir haben so etwas noch nicht erlebt. Jedes Wort, jedes Schnarchen aus dem Nachbarzimmer war zu hören und zu verstehen! Dazu noch die selbstschließenden Zimmertüren, die laut zugeknallt sind und der Trittschall über uns... Das darf es in einem 4-Sterne-Hotel nicht geben, zumal man in einem Stadthotel hauptsächlich zum Schlafen ist. Wir sind nach 5 Nächten fix und fertig und können das Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen.

An Anniversary to Remember in Barcelona
Pros:

My Husband and I spent 7 nights at the HCC Regente hotel in mid-February. We contacted the hotel in advance to secure a room facing the Rambla de Catalunya with a balcony. For only an extra 15 Euros/night, we had an upgraded room with a great view. Our tour only provided standard accommodations and we were celebrating our 40th anniversary - so it was a minor splurge. The hotel surprised us with a beautiful chilled bottle of cava. The buffet breakfasts were delicious and the hotel staff were very friendly. Great location. We would absolutely stay there again!

Il soggiorno è stato nel complesso piacevole, ma purtroppo c’è stato un aspetto che mi ha lasciata molto delusa. La mattina molto presto, nella stanza al piano superiore alla nostra, lo staff ha iniziato a spostare letti e mobili facendo molto rumore. Questo ci ha svegliati e non ci ha più permesso di riposare.

Credo che il riposo degli ospiti debba essere una priorità e che queste attività dovrebbero essere svolte in orari più adeguati, per rispettare chi soggiorna in hotel. Spero che in futuro possiate prestare maggiore attenzione a questo aspetto, perché il rispetto e il comfort del cliente dovrebbero venire prima di tutto.

部屋から距離があるから小さいけど、サグラダファミリアが見えた！
毎日タオル交換をお願いしてたけど、きちんと部屋清掃もされていた。

事前にケトルをお願いしてたけど、届いてなかった。
ヨーロッパのホテルにありがちだけど、備品が最小限。6泊もして、2人でポケットティッシュ一つ分ほどのティッシュしかないので、行く際は持参必要です。
