Pros:

Nothing proper disgusted first hotel changed date on app so lost 50 quid a night wouldn't refund or amend date,and had to pay again at hotel after teavell and to tired to do owt else,if id of known no water no TV no kettle or hot water in hotels to make a drink just shared toilet and shower in same room,attitudes stunk and the worst cocky one turned out to be manager felt treated racist.

Hated it I've had bad hotels but that was the worst and most expensive travel lodge 100 times better and cleaner ,cheaper too,felt poorly when left no water at all no means or way to have or make a drink TV didn't work asked if they change bat in remote no they said,no hot water to make a drink in hotels just a room with thin horrible uncle my mattress and moldy smells a proper rip of,I've stayed in 12 anight hostels with more to offer ,stitched and coned beware worst places I've ever stayed at and I've been to a good few and most expensive stay well away is my advice a complete rip of

One word unbelievable!
Pros:

I’m a builder I need a bed for the night and privacy for the price paid this hotel is a bargain….. it is the most unique premises I’ve ever stayed in. I’m giving it a massive good review because the staff the guy on reception is brilliant… he pointed out to me that he was aware of the premises failing but such a beautiful old unique building has to be taken for what it is …… the facilities worked for me and I haven’t stopped laughing since I’ve stayed there I walked out the next morning smiling that’s all I can say …. It’s unbelievable uniqueness has actually made me a return customer

robinet de salle de bain qui fuit chasse d'eau qui ne fonctionne pas, les photos de correspondent pas a la réalité les lits sont inconfortable on dors sur des ressorts chambre pas propre et beaucoup de bruit

Peaceful and effective short stay!
Pros:

It was indeed a peaceful stay. Good price for two nights. The location was convenient, as I walked to the destination. Restaurants, supermarkets and all the other amenities are around the hotel. Staff (Amal and Varun) are helpful and understanding. Great location in central London.

Cons:

I have a suggestion for its improvement. The washrooms are clean, but they need to be a bit more modernized and require some minor adjustments.

Cons:

The hotel is very dirty ,needs refurbishment and deep cleaning.
Even if is £55 per night in london ,for this money at least to be clean and to smell fresh .this needs to get improved.

Ok for one night stay only
Pros:

The location and the staff guy was really nice and let me do a late check out for free.

Cons:

Its really outdated and dirty, and felt lil unsafe there. Mold and other stuff in bathroom, sheets and towels had some stains.
