Nice hotel in disappointing location.
Pros:

The restaurant was good - fortunate because there are no other restaurants in this area, which is light industrial. The room was spacious. Tariff is good. The hotel would be a good base if you only wanted the Flemington Markets, as they are next door.

Cons:

My fault for not doing my research well - the hotel is not close to the train station or to the Olympic precinct.

Pros:

Clean and comfy bed and bathroom. They supplied fresh towels for day 2, even though we did not ask for it.

Got what I deserved for a low priced stay.
Pros:

The bed was nice. The room was spacious. The food was reasonably cheap and decent enough quality.

Cons:

The overall vibe of the place. Didn’t feel overly safe. The check-in for accomodation barely even had a proper area, was just in the middle of a pub and felt dodgy. I asked them to look after my bag before check in and received no tag or didn’t ask for my name, didn’t feel secure. Right next to the markets, was quite loud overnight, hard to sleep.

Great place if you have a car
Pros:

Great beds, good space, the blankets were so comfortable that we almost didn’t want to leave the bed in the morning. Free parking.

Cons:

Location was challenging, if you don’t have a car you’ll have to walk a lot.

I will always stay here when I have events in Homebush. It’s so quiet

Food was really good, people were helpful and location was perfect
Pros:

Food was really good and people were very welcoming. Location was central and close to what we were there for. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Great room for a great price
Pros:

The pub was great and the room was so clean! Vicky made our stay feel like we were in her own home with amount of care, cleanliness and love she puts in ever room.
