Friendly, warm traditional hotel. Nice staff, breakfast was great, and the location was a nice downhill walk into town (but a slight uphill back).
Just WOW. What an amazing experience. This is like going back in time I really don't know how to explain it. The staff look after your every need, they have manors that were lost years ago. The tables are set out in silver service, the clocks chime on the walls. My friend says the restaurant is like the titanic ( without the obvious problems ) . The entire hotel is spotless the beds and pillows are comfortable , it is quiet, warm and like a big wrap of friendliness. A 2 minute walk to a lovely beach. I have stayed at some lovely places but this is a real life Yorkshire hug of a a gaff. Loved it .

A traditional b and b which was of a very high standard.
Everything was excellent with a lovely modern room but only concern was the lack of pressure on the shower but didn't cause us any real concern .
So comfortable and breakfasts are delicious. Waitress service . Old fashioned in the nicest possible way. So relaxed. Loved it. Will return

Good size room with good heating (we were there in March) and new carpet. Tea and coffee were available as was refrigerated Milk if needed from reception. The Breakfast staff were helpful and attentive and there were proper spoons for the grapefruit.
The shower in our room on the second floor delivered a low pressure dribble and the bathroom door didn't clear the new carpet. Generally the furniture was very tired and net curtains made the room very dated.
Very pleasant and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Good location.
