Hotel céntrico, buen servicio y preciosa terraza con vistas
Pros:

El hotel se encuentra en el centro de Goreme, pudiendo recorrer la zona a pie sin problema. La atención del personal es muy cercana, destaco a Turgun quien desde que llegamos nos facilitó información y ayuda en todo. La habitación es muy amplia con un lindo diseño estilo cueva, el baño bien equipado con ducha y tina. La terraza del hotel es amplia y bien decorada, ahí sirven el desayuno cada día, el cual es muy completo y bueno. Además, cuenta con un vista privilegiada del centro de Goreme, ideal para tomarse fotos. El administrador de bar muy amable y atento.

Cons:

El segundo piso de la habitación tiene un olor fuerte a humedad, por más que mantuvimos abierta la ventana pequeña que tiene, ese olor no se va nunca. Hay que mantener el ventilador prendido para sentir un poco de aire fresco, pero sería ideal que tuviese un deshumidificador.

Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out, all necessary support was provided by the staff.

Exceptional hotel and service
Pros:

The location. Rbe facilities. The exceptional staff. All of them from Turgun to the kitchen staff to the gracious owner. My birthday they went out of their way to make me feel special. I will come back to Goreme because of this place and it's people.

Pros:

thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Caftan Cave Suites and was genuinely sad when the time came to leave. Any inquiries I made via WhatsApp prior to my arrival were answered promptly, which made planning my stay very easy.

The staff were exceptionally welcoming and always willing to go out of their way to assist. When the hairdryer in my room stopped working, it was replaced with a brand-new one within minutes. My room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the décor was beautiful. The location is ideal, with plenty of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance.

Unfortunately, the weather was quite cool and rainy during my visit, so I didn’t have the opportunity to fully enjoy the beautiful terrace or take a hot-air balloon ride. That simply means I’ll need to return to complete the Cappadocia experience! I did, however, enjoy the wonderful breakfast each morning. Mia, the hotel's adorable resident dog, also added a special touch to my stay.

Cons:

A few minor areas could be improved. The bathroom lighting was too dim for applying makeup, and the shower drain did not drain particularly well. In addition, while it wasn’t a major issue for me, the stairs leading to Room 104 were quite steep and could be challenging for guests with mobility concerns. I was very grateful for the assistance provided with my luggage.

The staff were so kind and helpful! Shout out to Turgun and Apo for making my birthday evening unforgettable. The breakfast provided was made with love and really opened my palate to new things. Delicious. The rooftop has great views to witness the hot air balloon sunrise. Definitely wake up at 5am to see this! I also love how they have a luxury store on the first level of the hotel. Such great quality pieces. I treated myself to a new purse :)) & there’s a dog on the property, Mia. She’s so sweet lol

A beautiful, clean, and friendly place that made our stay in Cappadocia perfect.
Pros:

We had a great stay. The breakfast was great, the room interior was beautiful and very clean. The rooftop was lovely at night, and the staff were very friendly. The hotel is also perfectly located, just a short walk from the town centre with shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!
