Pros:

This property is on the outer edge of the city center and to get in to the center requires a taxi. At a cost of 50 dong it is cheap and not a problem. The bonus is that it is quiet and the rooms are modern,large and clean. The staff are incredibly helpful and obliging. There are a few local restaurants ranging from the latest fusion cuisine almost next door to the very traditional and very cheap view restaurants. The river is only a couple of hundred meters away. This place is a gem.

Pros:

Be careful in bait n switch. Upon check in they couldnt find my reservation on exp. then went ahead and put me in an “upgraded room” about 30 mins later tells me, sorry we put you in the wrong wrong so we will have to move you to our sister hotel and will pay for taxi. I said no and refused to leave. Argued with manager and say no i am not leaving and thats that. Upon departure the bell hop didnt even help my 90 pound wife carry the luggage. And when we left it was 2am, he unlocked the doors left us out and locked us out in the streets while we were waiting on the taxi. Unprofessional and rude

Pros:

Very quiet, clean and good location. A bit of an issue checking in, as they didnt seem to have me registered(!) But when i showed them my reservation all was good. Even a free upgrade!
