Pros:

O hotel é muito bonito, boa piscina, boa academia e SPA. O quarto, é grande e bem equipado, mas a acústica nao é boa ja que tem vizinhos em cima e embaixo em 90% dos quartos do hotel e vc escuta muito barulho vindo dos vizinhos. E o colchão ja é mto batido, usam aqueles pillow tops em cima, mas ja um pouco deformado.

Cons:

Se você é um casal procurando descanso e silêncio, este não é o hotel ideal para você. O hotel é voltado para famílias, com muitas crianças na piscina, no restaurante e em quartos próximos. A acústica dos quartos não é boa, então você escuta bastante o barulho das crianças caso elas sejam suas vizinhas.

O serviço do hotel é péssimo. Apesar da simpatia de alguns funcionários, falta treinamento em coisas básicas. A equipe é muito reduzida para a quantidade de hóspedes e claramente não dá conta da demanda. O problema é de gerência, administração e filosofia de serviço, algo que não se encaixa em um hotel cinco estrelas. Acreditem se quiser: depois das 23h, não existe ninguém para resolver qualquer problema no hotel. Se você precisar de um simples balde de gelo, não tem quem leve. O hotel fica basicamente na mão de um segurança na portaria.

O hotel também não se enquadra, na prática, como um hotel de wellness. Falta serviço, falta estrutura de atendimento e a experiência foi uma decepção gigantesca. Não voltaríamos e não recomendamos.

Disappointing for the price but was peaceful after visiting mainly cities.
Pros:

It’s a peaceful location not far from Lisbon . Near to the coast and a short drive to Comporta town

Cons:

We had to move rooms late in the night due to noise from a neighbouring room from small kids whose parents were not residing nearby. This shouldn’t be allowed notwithstanding a nanny overseeing. We were given a larger room but it was quite a disruption. The concept of a ‘wellness retreat’ was not met . It’s a resort hotel and children of all ages are welcome . There is a spa area which is quiet .
Birds were pecking at the food at breakfast which is not sanitary . We asked for the cakes to be moved once this happened but the staff were reluctant eventually moving the platter . There should be covers. The fresh fruit in the fruit bowl was rotten.

Fun, Beachy and high end but doesn't feel like luxury
Pros:

Quinta Da Comporta has a fun, bright, beauty vibe. Beautiful trellis walkways with jasmine scenting the air, an impressive organic vegetable garden. The main restaurant and spa buildings are beautiful barn-like buildings with exposed beams. Our room was 2 levels and was nicely appointed. Food was very good.
The main detractor was the pool: this property is not on the beach and so the pool is the main attraction. There is a large sign indicating you can only take one towel per customer - a bit odd. You can't lie directly onto the chaise lounges because the cushions are covered in plastic, and the wind was cool, so you just kind of had to make do. Does not feel like luxury. There were only 2 servers at the pool and service was unbearably slow.
