The room was small, the bathroom tiny, and the maintenance performed while there was annoying.
Pros:

I loved the view from my room. The room itself was tiny and the bathroom the smallest I've ever been in. The location was amazing. Away from most of the tourist attractions but still close enough to see and do things.

Cons:

We arrived on Sunday and on Monday had a flyer on the wall outside our door that they were doing some maintenance on the plumbing from 8am - 5pm. We did not have use of water, toilet, or shower during that time. It wasn't on the entire hotel so I am unsure why they chose to give us that room if they knew maintenance was going to be happening while we were staying there.

A reliable hotel in a perfect location in Montmartre
Pros:

I know this hotel well I've been staying here for more than 10 years and it is my go-to in Paris! The location is perfect for exploring Montmartre, and it is close to two metro stations (even if it is a steep uphill climb to the hotel from them!). Plenty of cafe's and boutiques on the doorstep. If you book a room with a view (I didn't on this trip), you have the most amazing view of the Eiffel Tower over the rooftops of Paris, which at night is particularly beautiful.

Cons:

The water pressure in my room on the 3rd floor was poor

Lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff.
Pros:

My 2nd stay in 6 months . Once again, it is a lovely clean hotel. Very helpful staff. Rooms and ensuite are small, but this is typical of french hotels. Safety deposit box in room. Fantastic location to Soceur Coeur, the metro and bus stops. Varied selection at the buffet breakfast and very handy for a variety of French restaurants nearby, including a lovely one next door. Would use again.
