Proximity to Southern Cross Station
Everything was so perfect, beds soooooi comfy, beautifull outlook, quite for sleeping.... loved the late checkout..

Great location which is why we have stayed here a few times now, clean and most of staff friendly.
Breakfast - was mostly cold, last time no hit food at all.
Check in - requested early check in 1pm, was not available straight away, but told it should not be long. Left luggage and told we would be called shortly to check in. Never received a sms or call and came back at 3pm to find the room ready. Was quite annoyed as we were just waiting around before we could go and do what we had planned.

The young man who checked us in need to be told to treat all customers in a polite and friendly manner, man or woman. The bath towels are really in the need to be changed and up sized.
Conveniently located cross from Southern Cross Station where the Sky Bus from the airport dropped us off. The property is lovely,amd the staff are excellent from the people at the front desk to the people at breakfast.

Great location, so quiet inside, just across from Southern Cross Station. Lovely hotel. Breakfast was good, not amazing but good, not too expensive as hotels go.
Gym was OK, no aircon, no bin, basic facilities

The only thing I didn’t like was not having a smart tv
We stayed 1 night in a Loft Apartment on the 22nd of March for 1 night and the room was dirty, I spoke to Management who came to the room to seethe dust on the stairs, the handrails , the top of the bathroom mirror was filthy with dust. also the top of the wardrobe in the bedroom was covered in dust. Was extremely disappointed and had the room cleaned while we were out, We also had another booking on our return from overseas, We were given a free upgrade upon our return on the 13th of April, We were given a corner King Room on the 10th floor which was in a much better state
than our previous room , The breakfast was good with a good selection to eat.Staff very friendly.
As i stated above our first stay was not a pleasant one as we were celebrating our 41st Wedding Anniversary and were extremely disappointed when getting our room.

The bathroom product containers spilled everywhere
Excellent location as it is a very short walk from the airport shuttle drop-off. In the evening the jazz combo in the bar were superb.
