When the room was refreshed no tissues or toilet paper was provided. Room service for breakfast would be great too. Better blackout blinds needed. More lighting options needed. Too dark.

Great communication prior to arrival, friendly staff, lovely building, with great decor in the lobby. The room was clean and comfortable with everything working and a cozy holiday bed. The dining room for the buffet breakfast was inviting and the variety on offer was more than adequate for the size hotel. The incredible close location to Spencer Street station was so handy, and we found it an easy walk all the way to Spring Street on the other side of town

The place itself and posh and very clean. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Will stay there again next time am in Melbourne. Highly recommended
everything is good, however I need to ask the desk a few times for toilet paper. The rooms should have extra toilet paper and tissues.

Comfy bed, nice view of the train station, great shower with ample pressure, friendly and helpful staff, perfect location right outside of Southern Cross Station, black out blinds that resulted in very long and cozy rests.
A little dusty in places like on top of lamps. The room lighting is sometimes a little dark as there's no central roof light. We struggled to connect devices to the TV and wifi as the code disappeared and refused to show up again.

When I checked rooms online I thought they had microwave in them. It wasn't until I bought food on way back at night i realized there isn't one

部屋の掃除が雑でバスルームなどにいつも髪の毛が残っていました。5日間滞在しましたがシーツの交換は一度もなく、コップも交換してなかったのでしてくれるようにメモを書いたりしました。
