Shower drainage was bad for the water pressure provided
The staff were great in all areas. Ideal place for going to the football or going to the airport. Very central to most things.
The location of the hotel to the airport bus. Soo close to everything. The bar was a great spot to relax and Gerard was a great host indeed.
This might sound odd but the toilet paper in the rooms, very thin and therefore you need more!
Excellent location and staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean.
Coffee machine at breakfast was not good. We're in Melbourne so would expect barista coffee equal to the great coffee you serve in the bar/restaurant downstairs.

Travelling from Gippsland by Vline coach from rural Gippsland. The Savoy is a must stop the day prior, and after we fly to Europe. A short walk from Southern Cross Station, a fabulously comfortable room and bed, followed by a hearty breakfast, before catching the Skybus to Melbourne Airport feeling refreshed and excited. It has become almost routine.

Staff were friendly.
We had an issue with the Toilet in our room.
Unfortunately there was a strong smell of urine coming from either the drain/toilet.
We did speak to someone on reception and they addressed it, when we weren’t in the room. I would say they just put something in the loo to eliminate the smell, as it was still smelly the next morning. We again addressed the situation on our departure so hopefully it gets sorted as very off putting.
The bathroom was clean, but just smelt.
Both times the staff were very proactive in handling the situation.

Great choice of accommodation for 3 nights. Have stayed here previously and it doesn't disappoint. Great staff, facilities and roo. Excellent comfy bed. Location is excellent for the footy and easy access to the theatres. The bar area is a bonus.
