Resort is quite big
They hand you a bill each time you ask for anything, it felt like I was in a OYO room
There are bugs everywhere and there are white lights in the room
Amazing experience! The rainforest resort was peaceful, beautiful, and surrounded by nature. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious. Perfect getaway for anyone looking to relax and unwind. Highly recommend
The size of the apartment was nice; the location was not bad either.
The staff did not speak English. Breakfast was horrible for foreigners. The kitchen was not able to prepare a meal that our kids could eat. The apartment looked nice, but the AC did not work in one bedroom, and it was too noisy in the remaining two rooms. Some lights did not work, and the bathroom looked filthy. The price we paid did not justify the quality; this was a huge disappointment for us. Also, the "resort" does not accept non-Indian credit cards, which made our lives very difficult.
It was a decent substantial breakfast with a couple of options to choose. The cook seems to be an experienced hand.
Water used to collect in the bath and did complain on what should be done to solve the problems. Advice taken in good faith with a promise to resolve the deficiencies.
Rooms are great and very nicely done.
No hot water in the rooms during our stay. Location is a little removed from things.
The location was ok.
The property lacks basic amenities like hot water for shower, the restaurant is very basic even ready products like ice creams are not available , the room had 4-5 lizards and many insects, the tv was not working, the room smelled, overall the pictures and information given by the owner are incorrect and misleading.
My family and I (6 pax) had a wonderful stay at the resort. We're going to remember and talk about it for quite a while and here's why:
- You can check out this video about the property to get a better idea. This was shot with the permission of the hotel staff

- The location and the surroundings are excellent! The resort itself is located a little away from the city so it's quiet and calm
- The staff was exceptional and gave us their full attention. A special shoutout to the manager, Mr. Dinesh, who went above and beyond to accommodate some of our requests. It was very easy for us to communicate over whatsapp before we reached and after we left the resort.
- The chef took the time to check our likes and preferences and prepare special meals for us. The fish and the crab were heavenly! Also, very reasonably priced for a resort of this standard.
- Cottages themselves are quaint, private, and quite spacious. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are significantly larger than an average hotel room.
There isn't anything to dislike. Perhaps only the fact that it's a bit far from the city, but that has its advantages.
Nice bungalows and cottages, rich lush greenery and friendly staff and home cooked meals
The bathroom shampoo bottles etc can be refilled in advance.
The surrounding is very peaceful. While we stayed in the bungalow, we saw the cottages had a great view of the coconut trees. Food was decent.
We stayed in the 2BR bungalow. The bathrooms were not equipped with bath utilities and dustbins. One of the rooms had a lizard.
