Perfect quality- price stay
Pros:

We really loved that is well placed, it is super convenient to walk around , nice restaurant, safe area, close enough to hop on and hop off bus. The personal super nice! My parent were older people and they appreciated all of this.

Stylish hotel with poor customer service
Pros:

- Hotel lobby has a very nice ambiance. Very stylish boutique hotel

Cons:

Unfortunately there are quite some improvements:
- Sound: rooms are small which I don’t have a problem with. However due to small room size the bed is very close to the door and hallway and you can hear ppl talking loudly on the hallway due to thin walls
- Breakfast: with small improvement it can be so much better. Bit of green (tomato or cucumber) and warm boiled egg instead of peeled eggs would have made a huge difference
- Service: unfortunately this was very disappointing. I left my electric toothbrush in the hotel. Good service would entail the hotel calling and informing me. That didn’t happen so I called next day and reception confirmed it was there. My friend who stayed an extra day went by the hotel, but only to hear they didn’t know where it was. After calling and emailing some more over the next days they finally confirmed again it was found but by now we have left Paris. I offered to pay upfront for shipping but the hotel just does not respond. In my experience service is key and I am disappointed by their lack of action and will therefore not recommend staying here if you want a quiet night of sleep or appreciate attentive staff should you ever forget something

The reception counter never disappoints and the staff is always helpful.

Locatie is het centraal gelegen tegenover alle bezienswaardigheden, personeel heel vriendelijk, kamer is in orde/proper, een goede prijsverhouding.

Cons:

Een goede aanrader: neem oordoppen mee aangezien er veel straatlawaai aanwezig kan zijn. Ook de muren en plafond zijn niet geluiddicht.

Lovely stay in the middle of Paris
Pros:

Friendly staff, very good breakfast (there were not dozens of alternatives but there was all that we needed, and it was of good quality), stylish breakfast room, comfortable and nice-looking room, excellent location quite near the Louvre (about 10 min walk) and several metro/train stops, including Chatelet-Les Halles (about 10 min walk). Hotel is also just next to Galerie Vivienne. The building is old, so there is a nice elegance and atmosphere in the hotel.

Cons:

It did not bother us, but the lift is relatively small, and maybe the rooms can for someone feel a tad small if you have very large luggage or are accustomed to very spacious hotel rooms and wide corridors as in large modern conference hotels. Our bathroom was also quite compact, which worked fine for us, but maybe would not be optimal for everyone. We liked the breakfast here very much, but there were not dozens of alternatives as in some larger hotels.
