The bed mattress was the firmness I like and the sheets were very soft.
Pros:

I had a car and they had secure parking and 24 hours desk staff but I left very early, before breakfast, so I can’t comment on it.

la limpieza, la dejadez, nos cambiaron 3 veces de habitación gracias a nuestra insistencia porque las habitaciones no estaban aptas, no funcionaba el aire acondicionado tenían hormigas, estaban sucias, no tenían alcachofa de la ducha

Está bien para pasar una noche. Tiene aire acondicionado potente en una de las habitaciones. Sábanas limpias y baño decente.

Cons:

No sirve para pasar más días ni para cocinar o guardar cosas en nevera. El suelo estaba constantemente húmedo y mojado por la nevera

I truly enjoyed my stay at Art Villa Dominicana!
The location is excellent, just a short distance from the beach, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The neighborhood also felt very safe.
The property itself is beautiful, lobby and reception area feature exquisite mural paintings, and the artwork continues throughout the building, including the guest rooms, every floor, and even the terrace. It creates such a unique and welcoming atmosphere!
The morning coffee is absolutely delicious, and the staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help.
The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach. There are also plenty of nearby daytime and evening attractions, as well as excursions, to enjoy during your stay!

Foi exatamente como eu planejei , queria aproveitar os passeios entao não queria pagar um hotel muito caro .

Perto de tudo muito facilmente vc vai aos melhores restaurantes da região 3m à pé.

Ein hübsches, stilvolles Hotel mit einem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in diesem Hotel und es hat uns rundum gefallen. Mein Mann und ich haben die schöne Aussicht von der Terrasse im dritten Stock genossen, auf der man bei einem Glas Wein, einer Tasse Kaffee oder einem Bier sitzen kann. Das Personal war zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Strandes und kleiner Restaurants, die Lage ist sehr günstig. Dank der neuen Matratze konnten wir gut schlafen. Das Zimmer war recht geräumig, und auch Netflix gehört zu den Vorzügen dieses Hotels. Wir haben hier eine wunderbare Zeit verbracht.

Cons:

Es gab ein paar kleine Anmerkungen zur Ausstattung des Zimmers, aber nichts, was unseren Aufenthalt getrübt hätte. Es wäre schön, wenn man an der Rezeption gekühlte Getränke kaufen könnte. Ansonsten merkt man, dass die Hotelbesitzer und das Personal daran arbeiten, den Aufenthalt für ihre Gäste noch angenehmer zu gestalten.
