Es ist ein Apartment ohne Service. Wäsche, Handtücher werden nicht gewechselt.
Es fehlt an der Ausstattung: keine bequemen Sitzgelegenheiten auf dem Balkon, keine Sonnenliegen. Keine Möglichkeit den Fußboden zu kehren. Geschirr sehr spartanisch.

The property is very nice and quiet. There’s a small infinity pool and a bar (though we didn’t really use it :) ). You can play pool for free or just enjoy the lovely views of the town and the sea while relaxing on a sunbed with a beer. You can park your car in a small parking area near the entrance.
The flat itself was spacious and had everything we needed. The one we stayed in took up the whole top floor and had a big terrace, but it was behind another building, so you could only see the sea from the balcony. This didn’t bother us at all though.
Overall, it was a very nice experience and we can totally recommend this property – we’d definitely stay there again when we’re back in Phuket
A little pricey and a bit far from the beach – about 10 minutes away by car
We chose this place for its stunning panoramic views. While it's situated on top of a hill, it’s a little further from the beach (only a few minutes by car) but because of the elevated position the breathtaking view just makes it up. It’s true that the location may not be ideal for everyone since you’ll need a car or scooter to get around, but having a vehicle on hand is quite useful anyway.
The apartment we stayed in was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The complex also offers a pool with a view, a pool bar, and also a games room with a pool table where you can a fun time.
The staff were friendly and polite, especially the manager, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. His hospitality was truly exceptional.

Stayed at this cozy hilltop apartment – a tranquil retreat from the crowd. The isolated location offers serenity, though daily Bolt transfers to the beach may be needed. Reasonable price, stunning pool, and a peaceful escape with minimal crowds.
Construction next door created noise inconveniences from morning to evening, impacting the stay. Better communication about the ongoing expansion would have been appreciated. Additionally, two out of three ventilators in the apartment were non-functional, suggesting a need for maintenance.

Really spacious apartment in excellent condition, we have pretty epic views from our balcony. Modern and very well-presented communal swimming pools and bar at the top of the development
The bedding was rather poor quality it could done with a bigger duvet and more hotel-standard linnen but other than that this place is highly recommended. The complex is located on a hill if you any problems walking you may want to consider this.
