Very good practical stay
Pros:

Great location, clean rooms, though lacking some amenities. Also the internet was very slow unfortunately. But what made all the difference is the friendly staff and the professional service I would like to I would like to recognize in particular one of the front desk staff Lateef, who was really kind to give us a more spacious room on demand and when I got my phone lost in Uber he made every effort to restore it in less than 30 minutes. thank you for all the lovely service.

Cons:

The slow internet & I highly recommend they work on that if they want to be a good destination for business travellers

Super sauber und perfekte Lage
Pros:

Sehr sauberes Hotel, schöne Zimmer, nette Mitarbeiter und perfekte Lage.
Wir konnten schon vor der Check in Zeit unser Zimmer beziehen. Wollten fragen, ob wir die Rucksäcke schon mal abstellen können, aber durften gleich ins fertige Zimmer. Die Frühstückslocation ist richtig schön und sauber. Die Plätze sind auch so angeordnet,dass man das Gefühl hat man sitzt ein bisschen für dich und nicht dem Nachbartisch gleich auf dem Teller. Das Frühstück war gut, aber nicht außergewöhnlich. Die Bagels und die frischen Waffeln waren fantastisch! Toll war auch, dass es glutenfreie Dinge gab. Da wir nicht jeden Tag frühstücken konnten, zb weil Ausflüge so früh begonnen haben, habe wir nach kurzer freundlicher Rücksprache ein Lunchpaket für diese Tage bekommen. Tee und Kaffee gibt es ja im Zimmer. Auch ein kleiner Kühlschrank ist vorhanden, sodass man sich ein bisschen selbst versorgen kann. Die Lage war fantastisch! Wir konnten ALLES zu Fuß erreichen. Und wir haben sogar ein Zimmer nach vorne raus bekommen und konnten somit auf den Fluss und das Schiff schauen. Wir können das Hotel empfehlen und würden auch selbst wiederkommen.

Cons:

Eigentlich war alles toll, das hier ist "meckern" auf hohem Niveau. Befremdlich war für uns, dass es keine klobürste gab, inzwischen wissen wir dass es dort als unhygienisch angesehen wird. Für uns war es aber eher unangenehm,dass dann eine Reinigungskraft unsere Sachen sauber machen müsste. Dazu kam es aber nicht 😅

Great location, super clean, friendly staff...would stay here again!
Pros:

The location was great; it's a block from the red tram line and right on the river and a 10 minute walk to Grafton St. Plenty of places to eat or grab food on the go nearby. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy.
