Great location, good value but poor service.
Cons:

Check in was very poor. I work with a Global Company and interact with people in 25 different countries but I struggled to understand the person checking me in. I understand he may have been new but eventually another member of staff had to show him how to book me in. We were early and put our bags in storage and explained we would have to leave before we could actually go to our rooms and it was explained to us that we were checked in and could collect our room keys on our return later that evening. When we did arrive back we had to go through the whole check in process again! The service in the bar was also poor, unfortunately poor communication and poor service.

Management are incompetent - fully aware homeless / immigrants are roaming the hotel and if anything they are covering it up. Disgrace.

The bathroom was a bit smal and hare in the bathtub , small issue but still something I’d rather not see , overall tho great hotel and staff were so helpful the food in the restaurant wqs absolutely amazing!!

Lovely hotel in a lovely location. Dublin is a great City

Hotel location was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable. All staff were very friendly

Cons:

The breakfast was quite expensive. Unfortunately it was quite slow replenishing certain items. Some were not replenished in the last 30 minutes of service.

The breakfast service was terrible. Not enough tables. The service/buffet area was a complete mess. Loads of food unavailable. Not enough staff to keep the areas clean.
