A very good business hotel. Clean, efficient. Friendly staff, available and attentive at the front desk. Rooms are decent size, quiet and with black out curtains. Great location, next to the river, nice view, walking distance to my office. Good coffee available at the lobby cafe. Decent breakfast buffet in the lobby, but not with good coffee. Instant coffee in the room.

My wife and I recently experienced a wonderful three night stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Dublin. The distinguishable feature was the genuine concern and service the staff provided. Two individuals at the front desk, Betty and Lateef, were extremely polite and attentive. We will be checking back into the hotel within the next few days reinforcing our appreciation.
Hotel close to the river and close to public transportation. Also easy to get an uber as they can stop right outside the front doors. Train station is about a 5 min walk. Hotel was clean and far enough away from the nightlife but not so far that you felt disconnected. If you're not into Hotel coffee there are two coffee shops located about a 5 min walk away.
The property was convenient to the city centre, hotel was also clean. Breakfast was nice.
Staff were rude and unfriendly. First impression was a staff member who never made eye contact the whole way through check in. Seemed like he has just woken up or didn’t want to be there. Bar staff laughed when asked if they could make a general cocktail such as a bramble. Was made to feel embarrassed for asking so left and went elsewhere.
