Amazing property and if you’re a fan of James Bond or Batman the entrance into the hotel is crazy. The spa is directly giving you a view on the Matterhorn !

Best hotel I’ve stayed in
Pros:

Amazing , absolutely amazing. From the moment we drove up and into the bottom of the mountain we loved it . Everything about the hotel was perfect the maids check your room twice a day and tidy / re stock when needed . The rooms, the bar area the staff all first class .
From the balcony you can see pretty much the whole of Zermatt with breathtaking views days and night .

The staff and management were terrific. They are very kind, helpful, professional, courteous and personable. After staying the one night (which I was fortunate to book due to a cancellation) we returned the following two evenings for after dinner drinks because we are so fond of the location and staff. Our son joined us and he wanted to come by as well. This was my return visit (last visit 2011, and my son’s second visit since 2014). We would have loved staying the nights there with our son but we were not able to schedule our vacation till after your hotel was fully booked, with the exception of the one night). The breakfast was wonderful and delicious. The hot chocolate is the best I’ve ever had! We had a wonderful visit at your hotel and hope that we are able to get back to Zermatt again and stay at the Omnia. This time during the winter. Thank you, L Walker
