Pros:

At der skulle bruges nøglekort for at få adgang i Hotellet

Cons:

Alle 3 dage ventede vi ca 15. min. på et bord til morgenmad, samt skiltningen i P-huset vedr. Hotellet var mangel fuld.

Großes, sauberes Zimmer in idealer Lage zum Hauptbahnhof
Pros:

Das Zimmer war groß und sehr sauber. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. Die Lage direkt am Hauptbahnhof ist natürlich toll für Bahnreisende (5 Minuten zum Hbf), zumal man dann auch in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß am Markt ist. Das Auschecken erst um 12 Uhr war sehr angenehm. Die Küche im Zimmer und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Untergeschoss sind weitere Pluspunkte.

Cons:

Die Aussicht auf den Breitenweg ist nicht so toll, aber das hat nicht weiter gestört. Die "Leselampen" am Bett sind so hoch angebracht, dass sie eher Strahler für das ganze Bett sind. Das Bett war etwas hart. Es gibt kaum Möglichkeiten, Kleidung aus dem Koffer gefaltet in Schränken abzulegen, man kann nur etwas aufhängen.

Wirklich weiter zu empfehlen!
Wir waren sehr zufrieden!
Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, das Zimmer war sauber und mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet.
Die Lage ist wirklich klasse, sehr zentral.
Wir kommen definitiv wieder! 😊

Berbat deneyim, sorun yaşamadığınızda iyi olabilirler ama sorun karşısında duyarsız, ilgisiz ve umursamazlardı.

Cons:

Kongre için geldim ve check-in den 1 saat önce rezervasyonu su sorunu var diye oteli değiştirdiklerini söylediler. Bu otelin puanı 8.6 iken 3.3 puanı olan bir oteli ayarladıklarını söylediler. Kabul edemeyeceğimizi söylediğimizde el değiştirdiğini artık daha iyi olduğunu , puanın eskiye ait olduğunu iddia ettiler. Yeni oteli kontrol için gittiğimizde otel henüz açılmamıştı, işçiler içerdeydi, kilit-kamera gibi güvenlik önlemleri yoktu. Geri dönüp kabul etmeyeceğimizi kendilerine eş değer başka yer ayarlamalarını istedik. Bu seferde orda dilersek ücretsiz kalacağımızı , başka yer ayarlamayacaklarını söylediler. Bunu kabul etmeyeceğimizi eş değer güvenli bir yer ayarlamalarını söylediğimizde ise bunun onların sorunu olmadığını , kabul etmiyorsak başımızın çaresine bakmamız gerektiği söylendi. Bu arada biz defalarca iki otel arasında mekik döşedik. Bu açıklamalar için dakikalarca bekledik, keyiflerince cevap aldık, hatta diğer otelin güvenliği konusundaki endişelerimiz burası türkiye değil merak etmeyin bir şey olmaz şeklinde oldukça faşist bir tavır içindeydi. Buraya geldiğim kongrede harcayacağım vakti yağmur altında, soğuk havada otel arayarak geçirdim.
