There was a shuttle to and from the airport that was easily accessible. Jeremy was great and attentive for our last minute late checkin due to cancelled flights.
Was their briefly but the room was clean and very close proximity to the airport - CLT
nice room, great bed, clean bathroom. The towels were a little worn, but not too bad. The outside of the place is well worn and needs repair and cleanup. The adjacent restaurant had an overloaded dumpster which makes the property look terrible. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was tasty. I'd stay again.
The front desk staff was amazingly. I called from airport last minute and the shuttle came right away to pick me right away.
