Pros:

Location to to the airport with shuttle services. Front desk supervisor for sweet. (Short black-lady)

Cons:

Misinformed by clerk. Severally understaffed to serve guests. Be careful where you park. Even if the staff doesn't explain your area. They will not help you if you're towed or refund the monies paid to the hotel for their un-used parking fee.

Pros:

The comfortable bed

Cons:

The 1st room was unclean and had to get another.
Entire place looked run down. Potholes entering property. Staff was rude and seemed inexperienced. Asked to get money back because was not happy. Staff refused because it was made from Booking.com.
Management should be embarrassed.

On my next stay, I will find another hotel.

The breakfast was very nice. They had a variety of breakfast items.

I stayed there from August 9-August 13, 2026. My room was only cleaned once. I had to take out my own trash. I informed the front desk twice of my room. Both failed to get results. Dirt and mud were on the floors on the 1st floor. In fact, it stayed there for two days. The cleaning staff is ineffective. On the 2nd floor, it needed vacuuming because of the litter on the floor, The cleaning staff failed to identify this problems. Therefore, your hotel was dirty and nasty. They need to do better to represent this chain of hotel. On the 3rd occasion, I asked the young man at the front desk for 2 cleaned towels because I needed them in my room. He gave me two. I needed a roll of tissue. He requested that the cleaning staff bring me a roll. Well, they failed to comply and he brought me a roll.

Walked away. Paid in advance and didn’t even care.
Pros:

It looked vacant and condemned. We walked in and turned around and left. Not at all like the pictures. It honestly looks like a crack house in a bad section of town.

Front desk staff were very polite and helpful.

Cons:

My first few nights in room 212 were fine, however, when I chose to extend my stay, I was made to change rooms because housekeeping had not been servicing my room. The first night in my new room, 214, I woke up to go to the bathroom at 3:37 and had to kill 7 roaches before going back to bed!
