Apto muito bem localizado em bairro tranquilo e próximo à orla.

Itens faltando: jogo americano, xícaras, potes para frutas; forma de pizza, pincel pra limpeza do banheiro.

Itenns precários: frigideira, talheres, assento sanitário, ventilador da sala precisa revisão e lâmpada.

Lugar pequeno,mas aconchegante. Perto da praia, supermercado, farmácia, padaria, etc. Único porém é não oferecer café da manhã.
