La SPA è di altissimo livello e l’atmosfera è unica: in questo resort nulla è lasciato al caso!

Lefay at New Year
Pros:

The hotel is exceptionally good with world-class facilities and spacious rooms that are well-equipped. The problems I encountered on check-out though left me feeling disappointed as my bill was incorrect and I had been overcharged as had my friends. I was greeted by a receptionist on arrival who made it clear we had to pay 50 euros for keeping our transfer waiting one hour. Then on our room bill we had a charge of 100 euros - which was incorrect as they claimed we had a 2 hour delay. It is regretful that the billing doesn’t match the hotel experience.
