Exceptional Alpine Luxury and a Fabulous Stay

My stay at Lefay Resort & SPA Dolomiti was nothing short of exceptional. The rooms are stunning, spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, with a serene alpine elegance. The setting is spectacular, surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery that creates an instant sense of peace and relaxation. What impressed me most was the overall quality of the experience: warm, attentive, world-class. It is a stand-out wellness resort for its design, atmosphere, services, and quality of cuisine. I highly recommend it!

Best spa hotel in the region
Pros:

Everything was very peaceful at this hotel. The room was spacious and modern, and the entire property is beautifully decorated with stunning landscape views. The fitness center and spa are excellent, offering a wide range of options, and it never felt crowded. Breakfast featured a great variety, including freshly made fruit and vegetable juices.

Cons:

One aspect I didn’t appreciate was with one reception staff, who was the least professional part of the experience (and I would say not LGBT friendly). I requested two sets of large slippers and flip-flops, as the room temperature initially had one small and one large pair—clearly arranged with a default assumption that didn’t fit our situation. Unfortunately, my request was never fulfilled, and nothing was delivered to the room. I found this oversight both frustrating and somewhat insensitive. However the rest of the staff was very kind and helpful.

I was also disappointed by the pedestrian access to and from the hotel. Everything seems designed for cars, and as a guest on foot you have to pass through the vehicle gate to enter or leave, which is quite inconvenient and frustrating.

It was divine experience
Pros:

It was divine experience from the very beginning till the moment we left the resort.Very,very polite personnel ready to assist whenever you need. Very comfortable and clean room.Excellent matress and pillows.Breathtaking views on the mountains.Spa zones are top.Saunas,swimming pools,relax zones with birds singing,grasshopers craking,sound of rain,healthy snacks - that makes our stay there unforgetable. Restaurant was 5 from 5.They have Michelin rest as wel,but we didn t go there cause were completely satisfied with the main restaurant.
Definately we will return here and will recomend our friends this paradise.
