Pros:

Суперлокация. До берега 300 м. Тихая улочка. Большой се ейный номер. На кухне есть почти все, что нужно. + стиралка.

Cons:

Некоторые незначительные мелочи. Какие то дети много шумели над окном А так все отли чно. Особенно приятная Сияра на ресепшине.

Spacious, clean apartment with great location.
Pros:

Location was just perfect, 5 min to good beach, only the water was very cold, restaurants, grocery stores, everything was there and they had a pool. Rooms are very good, tidy with a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry, in two apartments i had been to this one had the best bed i slept very good.

Cons:

Hard to think of any.

Not recommended - Unpleasant, unexpected dirty suite
Pros:

The location of property was fantastic where is very close to the beach and markets and restaurants.

Cons:

There are a lot of thing were not OK in this property unfortunately. The staff couldn't speak in English and there is a lot misunderstanding during our communication.
The suite needs rebuilding aredecoration. The equipment and facilities were very old. The kitchen utensils, such as Teflon dishes, were damaged and unsuitable for cooking. They didn't even have a proper lid or pot fit.
The electric stove didn't work properly and the food would burn under it every time. Also, it couldn't be used due to a power outage. The power went out for hours for a few days and we didn't even have hot/warm water for bathing and washing up.
All the water taps were old and rusty and were difficult to open.
The doors and walls of the room and bathroom were dirty and the beds made a lot of noise and it was not possible to sleep comfortably.
The rooms were not soundproof and we had to wake up early every morning with a lot of noise.
In some rooms, they were doing renovations without prior notice and the noise was very annoying.
The iron and ironing board were old and almost unusable. The washing machine was extremely dirty and unusable.
We had no choice but to stay and our money was non-refundable.
I would not recommend it to anyone for staying.

Отличное местоположение, а апартаментах есть все для проживания и готовки.
Просторный номер
Мне было удобно на первом этаже
Возможно, приеду ещё в этот отель

Cons:

Не слишком хороший интернет, но все же работать получалось
Странный душ без стенки)

Три минуты до моря, великолепный персонал!
Pros:

Останавливались в апартаментах в марте 2026. На 15 ночей. Месторасположение и персонал это главные плюсы. Мы заселялись ночью, нас встретил прекрасный Мамед, все быстро и чётко.
Кстати весь персонал говорит по-русски.
Про сами апартаменты.
Апартаменты удобные, все необходимое в номере было. Тут многие жалуются, что мало посуды, или ещё чего-нибудь не хватало.
Вы обращайтесь на ресепшен, и все ваши вопросы быстро будут решены. Вот например нам потребовалось турка для кофе, Мамед нашел и принес нам её через 20 минут🫶
Кофе на ресепшен можно попить за 3€, чай бесплатно.

Номер конечно не новый, но нас это не смущало, мы из тех туристов которые не разглядывают стены)))

Из минусов, это уборка, которую мы ждали и дождались за 15 дней только один раз. Окна грязные.
Во дворике на улице тоже грязновато, столы не протираются, пепельницы не выкидываются (((
Так что для любителей идеальной чистоты этот отель вряд ли подойдёт )))

В целом если не считать уборку мы остались очень довольны нашим пребыванием, хотим поблагодарить ещё раз Мамеда, Гюрая и Сюрай за наше комфортное пребывание в вашем отеле!
С удовольствием вернёмся!

Cons:

в нашем номере не проводили уборку. нам приходилось просить принадлежности для наведения порядка, потому что после моря всегда и песок и камни. принадлежностей в номере нет. к тому же, так как номер находился в отдельном "крыле", со стороны крыльца, зачастую доносился запах дыма от курения персонала на крыльце.

Отличная локация. Близко к морю и ко всем кафе и ресторанам, супермаркет под боком.
Есть лифт.

Cons:

Постельное бельё выглядело не новым.
И в целом уборка проводится максимально поверхностно.

Отличные апартаменты, заботливый персонал, рядом с морем!!!
Pros:

Прекрасные апартаменты, чисто, безопасно, на ресепшен всегда находится сотрудник, готовый придти на помощь!!! Постельное белье белое, чистое, выглаженное! Кухня со в ем необходимым, стиральная машина. Комнаты просторные, кровать удобная, большой диван! Море с 10 км набережной и пляжем совсем рядом, менее 5 минут пешком! Парковку для машины всегда можно найти на улице рядом! Супермаркеты Migros и Carrefour рядом! Останавливались на 10 дней! Рекомендуем для отдыха! Приедем еще! Спасибо, большое 🙏🙏!
