I took my daughter for her sweet 16 to see Billie Eilish at the Chase center. The staff were very helpful in giving directions using Muni to and from venue. When we got back, the front desk helped my daughter make Mac and cheese and they were so nice!!!! Rooms are old and need upgrading, but the beds are super comfortable and the staff is excellent!!
Nice stay
Kinda clean cept for the mold in the bathroom. Says they have breakfast, what they mean is there is a place to buy breakfast down the street. Says the have a bar / lounge, what they mean is there is a bar/ lounge next door open sometimes... Not what i was expecting.
The room temperature was hot 🔥
I like staying at the Pickwick because it is so convienient for the areas that I need to go... right on bus route 14. The cleaning staff were wonderful. The restaurant is good.

Great place
Staff is great, room is cheap (budget) condition carpet and paint and quite dated, and a bit noisy. However for a cheap safe place to stay in S.F. it is fine. It is not a honeymoon destination by any stretch. But fine for a business traveler or student on a tight budget.
The Pickwick Hotel is 3 mins walk to the Cable Car of Powell St and the Bart Station and to many different Bus stops. The hotel is clean and nice lounge area. There is a restaurant in the hotel and many more just a stroll away. If I will go back to SF I will stay in this hotel again.
I did not like it because they charge parking
The floor I stayed on smelled like urine...Someone had urinated in the hallway....One of the elevators was broken for several days....I would not stay at this hotel again.

Inexpensive cleaning around doors and carpet could have been better.
Super chill and comfortable and easy for the location and price. Marie was a great cleaning person and the staff was hospitable and attentive.

No services on the hotel but lots nearby. Nice staff old school charm. Small but expected at this location and price point.
My stay was so bad. Their service was terrible, they knocked my door twice in the morning and brought something I never requested.
The iron was completely broken and missing a piece. The shower was nasty and dirty. The water in the was running weirdly, I couldn’t close the bottom to have strong flow on top. The drain of shower was completely plugged up, each time water was staying there to my shin.
I am so disappointed and want compensation for my terrible stay.
Within walking distance of all the things I was interested in.
