Convenient - but never again
Pros:

The Location was perfect for our weekend

Cons:

The noise was unbearable - paper thin walls and other guests not respecting the rules of noise after 10:30.
The club down the road will keep you awake with the music til 3am

My time spent there was fair
Pros:

I like the aesthetics of the room and the bed was very comfy.

Cons:

The room was very cold and the heating wasn’t switched on. I also had an issue with the bikes being in the middle with a doorway.

Good value, cozy & cleanspace
Pros:

Really handy little spot. Close to the pier and pavilion. Obviously no staff on site, but communication was good, and how to access the property was made very clear.
The room was small, but clean and cozy.

Good location, stylish rooms but poor cleanliness and blocked shower drains.
Pros:

Large, stylish room and good location. Responsive & friendly hosts.

Cons:

Not clean - used tissues under bed, layers of dust, previous guests rubbish in bins.
Shower drain blocked & overflowing when shower turned on.
Lots of stairs - no lifts so not appropriate for those with mobility issues.
