Beliggenheten var perfekt. Personalet på dagtid var hjelpsomt og hyggelig. Bra med en liten kjøkkenkrok.

Cons:

Da vi kom var det ikke lys på rommet. Vi måtte tilkalle hjelp, som heller ikke fikk ordnet lyset før dagen etter. Vi ble tildelt et annet rom i mens.
Rommet var det minste dobbeltrom jeg noen gang har bodd på. Ingen stoler å sette kofferter på, ingen knagger å henge klær på og det manglet også på knagger på bad.

Room 2 udlejes til 2 personer, selvom rummet er så lille, at det er helt uegnet til 2 voksne med 2 kufferter! Der er ingen hylder eller skabe til at opbevare tøj under dit ophold. På badeværelset er der en kort, meget smal hylde til at opbevare toiletsager. Ingen bordplads. Ingen stole. Der er hverken håndklædevarmer eller knager til at tørre våde håndklæder, så et klamt, vådt håndklæde venter dig på dag to. Opvask af service skal foregå i en mikrohåndvask eller i brusekabinen! Fjernbetjeningen til TV var død. Udlejer havde tydeligvis ikke tjekket det, og vedkommende nægtede at komme og bringe det i orden. Derudover skal man være lidt af en akrobat for at komme i seng idet dobbeltsengen kun har adgang fra én side.

Top Lage, liebevoll eingerichtet, betreffs der Ausstattung alles Nötige vorhanden, völlig unkomplizierter Zugang über Code-System, solide Betten, Betreiber reagieren umgehend bei Problemen (per E-Mail), gutes Internet
Man muss allerdings wissen, dass die Fotos sehr geschickt aufgenommen sind. Das Zimmer ist kleiner, als man ahnt. Gemütlich war es dennoch.

Cons:

Die Dusche war de facto verstopft, so dass man, wenn sich zwei Erwachsene normal duschen, Angst haben muss, dass man das Bad flutet. Wir haben das reklamiert, die Antwort kam unverzüglich, doch die avisierte Abhilfe traf während unserer drei Nächte nicht ein.

Good location but the bedbugs made our stay terrible.
Pros:

I liked the location because It was close to the seaside.

Cons:

I didn’t like that there were bedbugs that bit us on our body while we were asleep and now our bodies are swollen and itching from the bites.

A lovely solo stay!
Pros:

They left ear plugs and an eye mask which was lovely to get a good nights sleep! Very helpful as it was in the centre, near late night venues. The room was very well equipped with tea, coffee and shower stuff. It was also very easy to access and had everything I needed.

Pros:

The area was good as it was next to the beach and easy to into the market square area. The kitchen area was perfect for us with the fridge and microwave

Cons:

The bed was really uncomfortable and the pillows were too hard. There was no where to sit without being uncomfortable. I had a lukewarm shower as the steam makes the fire alarm go off even with hair spray it will set it off. Dirty and wasn’t clean! Dust above the bed and tea stains down the wall

Pros:

Die Lage war super, direkt am Strand.
Die Unterkunft selbst ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Teppich war fleckig und die Fenster waren nicht zu öffnen.

Tolle Lage und das Zimmer konnte sehr gut belüftet werden. Küche sehr praktisch.

Cons:

Es fehlte leider an ausreichend Handtüchern für alle Mitreisenden und Ablagemöglichkeiten wie Nachttischen, auch im Bad, oder Stauraum.
Wir haben das Bügelbrett als Beistelltisch verwendet, um nicht alles auf den Boden legen zu müssen. Leider waren die Rollos an den Fenstern kaputt.

If you’re looking for somewhere cheap but still pleasant to stay, it’s great.
Pros:

it was good value for money and in a really great location.

no staff available all self check in. Front door wasn’t locked and no where to store luggage.

Great Find!
Pros:

Quirky, spotlessly clean and very warm and comfortable accommodation right in the heart of Brighton. Easy access. Great communication from host from start to finish. A great find!
