A great hotel
Pros:

We had a sea facing suite. The rooms are big and luxurious, needless to say clean and spotless. The bed is comfortable and they gave us a choice of pillows as well. The view is brilliant. The food is good, The breakfast spread is fantastic as is availability of variety of food. The more compelling aspect for me is that staff. It seems that they take pleasure in being nice to people, making for a fantastic stay. My friends felt summer in Mumbai ? My answer is Summer in Oberoi Mumbai !

Hospitality that earned us an extended stay”
Pros:

A truly memorable stay. The floor manager, Karthik, and his entire team made us feel genuinely at home from the moment we arrived. Every comfort was anticipated, every small request handled with such quiet grace that we were left feeling thoroughly pampered. Their hospitality has, in fact, given us another reason to extend our stay. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Excellent property
Pros:

We stayed at The Oberoi Mumbai for 4 nights in April 2026, while on holidays in Mumbai.
We were really impressed with the hospitality, courteousness of the staff, ambience & excellent food choices. We will certainly recommend it to others will return to the hotel, when we are back in Mumbai.

Oh Boy, that Oberoi!!!
Pros:

Every stay at The Oberoi is an absolute pleasure. From the moment I arrive to the point of departure nothing is too much trouble. The staff are incredibly attentive and helpful. Housekeeping, Laundry, Breakfast, everything is presented immaculately.

A perfect and memorable experience
Pros:

We stayed a total of 6 nights, before and after a visit to the Oberoi Vindhyvilas.
We had really great service from many staff, the ladies who cleaned the rooms, especially for our room 2060 , the drivers who picked us up from the airports, the reception and concierge staff , Danny & Malika to name just two staff, all the front office staff we met , all the Eau bar staff especially Samuel, all the staff in Ziya, especially Lee and of course the outstanding amazing head chef , Viraj,
The Premier Ocean view suites were spacious and had excellent amenities . The hotel has an amazing interior and everything seems well designed and fits together very well.
We dined 3 times at Ziya, it was really exceptional and a pleasure to meet Viraj , the head chef who was incredibly kind ,generous and interesting to talk to about Indian dishes.
Overall a really perfect experience to begin our trip to India and return after our trip to Vindhyavilas.
We were made to feel special and valued by the many staff we met and I wish we could acknowledge all their names. The hotel is obviously a very large hotel , but the quality of interaction with many staff made it great experience .
We have stayed in the Oberoi Grand in Kolkata , spent 2 weeks in the Oberoi Mauritius last year and now this experience of Mumbai and Vindhyvilas has made us very keen to stay in Oberoi hotels again. We love the culture and the values of making guests feel welcome and special. We will without doubt stay in other Oberoi hotels because of these experiences.
We are very well traveled,all 7 continents , and have stayed in some amazing hotels across the world. Oberoi hotels are for us now the best we have stayed in.
We would like to thank and congratulate all the staff we met for the quality of their service and how helpful and warm they were to us at all times. We believe it is the hotel staff whom we met who made staying at the Oberoi Mumbai such an unforgettable experience .
