True Indian Hospitality
Pros:

The staff at this hotel are truly welcoming and go beyond to make sure you’re comfortable at every step. The quality of the food was great overall and the interaction I had with a bar team member and pool were member were excellent and made me want to write this review. I didn’t get their names but would like to acknowledge them anyway.

we really enjoyed our stay and we would be coming again in the near future.
Pros:

Breakfast was good but services were little delayed and we had to remind for our order. Room and location were excellent.

Amazing stay at the Oberoi. Word class service from staff, especialy front desk headed by Ms. Sanchari who provided exceptional personal service and attended to all requests with a smile, good will, and profesionalism. Had the best breakfast ever, enjoyed the delightful spa and hotel facilites.
To conclude, had a wonderful stay and highly recommend the hotel.

Paradise in Mumbai
Pros:

This was by far my favourite hotel on our trip to India. The location is lovely. The hotel and facilities were beyond excellent. The staff were possibly the best I have ever experienced. Mughal and Razek by the pool went above and beyond for us. Swaraj our driver was very impressive in how well he looked after us. Very thoughtful and kind. As was every member of staff we encountered. We desperately wanted to stay longer!
