There is no sound proof barrier between the connecting rooms and we were bothered by the noise from the room next door.
Rooms comfortable and clean. Good location a short uber ride away from everything in South Mumbai, good pool area and good restaurants and excellent service.

Our one niggle was - breakfast at Ziya, lots of tables with 1 x businessmen having loud conversations on their phones. It spoilt the ambience. Consider a no phone policy please.
Entire customer experience was good.especially warm, welcoming and caring staff. Restaurant staff especially Ratika and Gauri went out of their way to make us feel at home.
Vegetarian lunch and dinner options for room service
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. A special thank you to Harris for his excellent service during our check-out. He was very professional, kind, and welcoming, and gave us a lovely farewell that made our departure extra special. His hospitality and attention to guests truly made a difference.
