Pros:

夜の出発で朝食が食べれないので、夜に朝食のルームサービスをしてくれた。
アフタヌーンティーのサービスがあった。

Cons:

チェックインする時間になっても、部屋の準備が出来てなく待たされた（アーリーチェックインを希望していたのに正規の時間でも用意が出来ていない）
プールもビーチも混んでいて長居する気になれない。
パーシャルシビューだが、入り口前のラナイから見えるというだけで人通りもありかえってプライベート感がなくつまらない。

Great hotel - shame about the destruction of Bali
Pros:

Breakfast and food very good. F&B prices reasonable considering import taxes and higher end nature of property. Staff were extremely friendly and professional.

Cons:

Seminyak area (outside of hotel grounds) is overrun with tourists (yobs) and completely unattractive. Overall congestion in Bali makes it a non-relaxing destination and we won't be returning. Beach is OK, but the ocean is not really swimmable due to strong currents and sandy water. Also, too many fools riding horses and walking dogs which foul the beach.
