Staff are good and very welcoming, only some cleanliness and maintenance issue which can be fixed.

Cons:

There were no plug points available near the hall or the bedroom. In the bedroom, there was only one plug point, which was hidden beside the bed and not easily accessible.

The floor mat in the hall was not clean and had visible dirt. Although the housekeeping staff came to replace the bedsheets and clean the bathroom, they entered the room wearing their shoes. This may be one of the reasons why the carpet in the hall becomes dirty.

Additionally, in the bedroom, there was a large dirty hole above the bedroom ceiling. This looks very unpleasant and negatively affects the overall appearance of the room.

as per your website, its mentioned that airport pickup and dropoff included hotel rate. so i have send message to property that my arrival time and confirmed pickup, but unfortunatly nobody come, i had waited more than an hour. its very bad impression. If you not provide service then not mention.
