Desayuno delicioso, camas comodas y cuartos muy limpios. Muy tranquilo lugar! Estacionamiento privado, es un hotel boutique familiar fuera del centro

El personal muy amable la habitación bien solo las almohadas un poco blandas para mí gusto en general bien lugar

Habitacion amplia, limpia, con agua caliente. Alberca descuidada, agua muy fria e incluso algo sucia.

Bastante bien la estancia limpio, comodo y agradable el servicio

Es un lugar conveniente por la distancia al centro. Siento que le falta mantenimiento.

Nos tocó en la parte de abajo y arriba mucho ruido como que arrastraban como mesas no se si era el personal del hotel,

Buena limpieza en habitación, pero colchones incómodos. Servicio y personal muy amables, buena área para estacionamiento y vigilancia pero en mal estado algunos juegos de mesa que ofrecen. También estuvo sucia la alberca, no nos metimos...
Por la madrugada vomitó un hombre en una habitación contigua (no sabemos si arriba o a un lado) y mis hijos despertaron asustados con el ruido. El frigobar enfría bastante. Aunque la habitación sea doble sólo dejan 2 toallas. No hay amenidades, ni agua en la habitación.

Based on the pictures we expected a top tier, vibrant resort. When we arrived we first thought the resort was abandoned. The reception was in a separate building and was more like a motel check-in. The clerk was friendly and tried to be helpful, but he was by no means bilingual. However, he was the most bilingual of the clerks on the other 2 shifts. The maintenance person was very helpful yet spoke no English. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. There were some amenities like pool tables, ping pong, tennis courts - but the swimming pool was freezing cold and badly in need of resurfacing. There were holes in the bottom of the pool. It would be easy to segment off one area and heat it as a hot tub since it gets very cold here at night. The unit was tired - the furniture was rustic but okay. However, the bathtub needed resurfacing, the door had a hole in it, the floors need to be repaired/repainted. The kitchen was well-appointed however. The front door was wimpy and needed better locks and maybe replacement. The screens are in need of replacement, especially on the slider. There is wifi but half the time it won't connect or shows connected by won't open websites. The most obvious issue though for us was the resort was barely ever occupied by anyone other than us. One day we did see maybe 5 or 6 other occupied rooms. Some of the units are owned it looks like, and others rentals, but in no way did we expect to be the only people in this fairly large resort. I wish we'd known - we probably still would have stayed because it is in a really great location, the housekeepers clean daily and clean well, and it is reasonably comfortable. Given that it is a 2 bedroom condo with kitchen, the value was very good.

El lugar es muy básico y descuidado, solo para ir a dormir.

El lugar es bueno pero le falta mucho mantenimiento a las areas comunes como a la alberca que todo el piso ya esta despintado de la pintura azul y al cuarto. Encontramos 3 cucarachas en la habitación.
