The free breakfast was substandard not what I’m used to at other best Western properties. It was cold.

It was close to the Riverwalk and offered free parking at the sister hotel for going to the Alamo and the River Walk

Cons:

The are immediately surrounding wasn’t pretty and it’s directly next to a huge electric grid for those who are concerned about those things. I don’t really care but my sister would have just left.

Good overall.
Pros:

It was as described. The only thing that was not quite as described is the pool was listed as heated and it was pretty cold. Everything else was good though.

Für einen Preis von 205 € pro Nacht hatten wir deutlich mehr erwartet. Auf den Fotos und in der Beschreibung wirkt das Hotel hochwertiger und gepflegter, als es vor Ort tatsächlich ist. Die Realität ist leider eher ernüchternd: Das Haus und die Zimmer wirken insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen, teils dunkel und wenig einladend.

Besonders enttäuschend war das Frühstück. Die Darstellung klingt deutlich besser, als das, was tatsächlich angeboten wird. Für diesen Preis ist ein sehr einfaches Frühstück mit Toast, etwas Rührei, Pappgeschirr und Kaffee im Becher einfach zu wenig.

Insgesamt vermittelt das Hotel nach außen einen besseren Eindruck, als es innen tatsächlich bietet. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier aus unserer Sicht nicht. Für deutlich weniger Geld wäre das vielleicht noch akzeptabel, aber bei 205 € pro Nacht ist die Erwartung einfach eine andere.

It looked nice in the lobby.

Cons:

There was a roach in my bathroom. The light in the room didn’t work, the AC didn’t work very well. There was no room during breakfast. There was only one entrance that you could get the roller would be able to get through.
