The location because of the convenience to several shopping locations and restaurants.

Cons:

I didn't like the shut in smell of the room, the bed linen, top cover had several stains on it. The mattress itself was badly stained, and the room had dead bugs on the ceiling and wall. The lounge chair was dirty and felt damp entire visit. Also, the activities going on in the parking lot.
