Séjour dans la " caravane "
Alors par quoi commencer...
Une odeur de moisi infect à l'intérieur.
Pas propre des insectes écrasé au mur.
Les ressorts du matelas qui nous ont transpercé le dos.
Les moustiquaires cassés.
Une salle de bain microscopique.
Nous avons passé une nuit horrible et avons décidé de partir.
On nous a remboursé la nuit qu'on avait passé ainsi que le reste de la semaine qu'on avait réservé.
Étant donné la simplicité pour avoir un remboursement complet, ce doit être quelque chose de récurent.

Convenient location with eatery & 7-11 within the compound.

Cons:

The toilet is too small. It will be great if the sofa seat is replaced by 2 foldable chairs then the living space will be bigger.

Pros:

お部屋は綺麗で、タオルもシーツも綺麗に用意され、またチェックイン前にエアコンをつけていて頂き快適に過ごせました。コンビニも歩いて行ける距離で不自由なく過ごせます。

３点ほど。
・他の駐車場も見たのでこの部屋（７０６）だけですが、駐車場の水はハケが悪く水溜まりに。そのせいか蚊が信じられないほどおり、７歳の子供に集りまくりでちょっとパニクリました。ホテルの案内にも「虫との共存」的なことが書かれていますが、お部屋の出入りの際、その度に１〜２匹の蚊が侵入してきます。時期的なこともあるかもしれませんが。何気にコレが1番辛かった。
・予約時にアーリーチェックインの相談をして追加料金もかかる事から無し（当日）にしました。ホテルの仕様（無人チェックイン）なので致し方ないと思いますが、そのことがチェックイン時に反映されておらず追加料金を請求が提示され操作画面が先に進めず。そこでサポートに電話するも15分以上繋がらず。。。ちょっと参りました。結果的にはちゃんと正規の金額でチェックインできましたが、良い勉強になりました。
・これは利用者の問題ですが、、、。このホテルの利点のひとつ。コテージのすぐ隣に駐車スペースがあるのですが１棟だけ離れて駐車する棟があります。その棟の宿泊客から「駐車スペースが間違っている」と指摘され嫌な気持ちになりました。

シャワールームを外に作って室内はトイレのみでいいのではと思います。
Pros:

部屋はベッドも予定以上の数があり良かったです。料金もリーズナブルでした。

Cons:

トレーラーハウスで宿泊しましたが、とにかく風呂とトイレの部屋が狭すぎてシャワーを浴びるとトイレが水浸しになり掃除しないと次にトイレが使えないのと無人のチェックインがホテル側のシステムエラーで凄く時間が掛かった。後朝炊事場付近にアリが大量にいてたのもちょっと…
