Enjoyed it and would come back
Pros:

It newly renovated. Amazing quality linen, towels, bathrobes. Loves attentive staff

Cons:

Spa is not really a spa. Sauna with narrow benches and massage rooms, but was sufficient for me. Hotel is new, expect hiccups

Pros:

The hotel is designed beautifully and is in a great location in town. The dinner at the restaurant was great and the breakfast is solid. The hotel just re-opened in December, however, and it’s clear that it’s not exactly ready for primetime just yet… there were lots of staffing kinks that still need to be worked out.

Personnel agréable, service pas aux normes d’un hôtel 5 étoiles et service étage qui manque de rigueur et de précision.
Pros:

L’emplacement et le personnel

Cons:

Chambre avec des déchets de clients avant nous. (bouteille d’eau entamée). Baume à lèvre de l’hôtel déjà ouvert et entamé. Oublie de pain et de couverts pour la planche à charcuterie au bar qui contenait du beurre. Oublie de pain au restaurant. Upgrade de la suite prestige promis, mais finalement nous n’avons ni notre duplex prévu au départ ni la suite prestige mais deux chambres différentes sur le même étage. Accueil champagne offert pour ce malentendu mais les coupes de champagne n’étaient pas présentes donc pas de verres pour le boire. Le champagne a été amené après notre installation, dans la chambre des enfants et non celle des adultes. Déchet de bouteille d’eau et poubelle non vidée dans la salle de sport.

Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is beautiful and very tastefully decorated. As well as being in the ideal location for access to the town centre and ski lifts.

Le restaurant du trappeur est formidable
Je recommande, car l’hôtel est très bien situé par rapport au centre et aux remontées pour le ski nous reviendrons

Well run, friendly, comfortable, characterful hotel in the centre of Megeve, perfect for the Chamois chair lift and the bars and restaurants in the old town. We loved it and will return.
