The people working there were helpful and cheerful
Paying for parking
Quiet
The hotel staff were all super kind and friendly.
The bed in my room sagged so much I had to sleep on the sofa.
Allows pets but for a steep fee which does not appear to include much of anything. Also charge parking in open air spaces in front of units.
The unit is really nice and clean
Nothing after I received my bill!!!
I was charged an additional 50 dollars because i arrived and checked in 6 MINUTES early! Unbelievable! I wasn't told this by the clerk! I could've waited 7 minutes in my car to save 50 dollars! A nice surprise on my bill that was conveniently emailed me to me later, well after I left! Beware to all that stay at this hotel!!
Great breakfast
Garbage trucks at 6 am
Highly recommended our room was clean spacious, area was clean and the service was exceptional.
I recently stayed in Room 311 and feel compelled to share several serious concerns regarding my experience.
First and foremost, despite explicitly informing the front desk that I did not require housekeeping, a maid attempted to enter my room unannounced. Thankfully, the latch was engaged, or the situation could have been much worse.
On two separate occasions, the white alarm in the room went off without cause, creating significant distress. Additionally, guests frequently gathered outside my door to smoke and talk loudly, making it difficult to relax or rest.
When I approached the front desk the day before checkout to request a copy of my incidental folio, I was informed that it could not be printed. This is highly unprofessional and suggests either a lack of resources or poor management.
To make matters worse, the manager, Narcisa, interrupted my conversation with the guest service representative and accused me—based solely on hearsay from housekeeping staff—of using inappropriate language and playing loud music. These claims are categorically false. I did not play music during my stay and certainly did not speak disrespectfully to anyone on staff.
Furthermore, I was double-charged for a night’s stay, and my incidentals have yet to be refunded. Repeated calls to the front desk have gone unanswered.
The hot tub was out of order for the entire month, which was disappointing, though I will note that the breakfast staff were consistently pleasant and professional.
