Le confort et la propreté de la chambre. Le petit déjeuner varié, extrêmement bien fourni et délicieux. La gentillesse du personnel et sa disponibilité. L'emplacement géographique de l'hôtel.

Cons:

Un petit bémol sur la dimension des chambre, à peine 14 m2. Mais l'agencement étant bien pensé, cela ne nous a pas trop gêné.
Et pas de vue, si ce n'est sur une cour intérieure...

On the positive side, the room was cleaned daily and the cleaning staff were very kind and pleasant. The mattress was extremely comfortable, and the location right next to Copacabana Beach is definitely a plus.

Cons:

I stayed here during Carnival. Unfortunately, for the price you pay, the service does not meet expectations. The reception staff were unfriendly, not very welcoming, and spoke very limited English, which made communication difficult.

Room service is not recommended — food arrived late and cold. The restaurant service was also very slow, so if you have plans or need to be somewhere on time, I wouldn’t rely on it.
