Great location and staff, TERRIBLE room and view

Location and staff excellent. Breakfast goid

Cons:

The room we had booked was VERY POOR. It was advertised as a an executive partial side sea view with balcony. However, the balcony was TINY, and very narrow-about the width of a kitchen worktop! There was standing room only, and the room was actually up a dark alley, with the wall of an apartment block opposite. Very dark and oppressive and actually made me cry with disappointment. And we were in our honeymoon. We did try to upgrade but hotel was full. The reception staff did try, and were very helpful. However, The balcony situation should be made clearer with an actual photo, as this ruined our stay.

Em frente à prais de copacabana, então é ótimo. Staff muito gentil e atencioso. Recebi um upgrade.

Muito caro pelo que oferece. Quarto standart pequeno e escuro. Não vale de forma alguma 1100,00 reais pelo valor. Começaram a fazer uma reforma no quarto da frente e o barulho de entra e sai foi horrível. A porta batia o tempo todo. Muito desagradável. Quarto pequeno e escuro. Não vale o valor. Não tem guarda-roupas. Café da manhã não é tão bom.
